Author has written 6 stories for Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings.
xx*xx BIO / Disclaimer xx*xx
I have a multitude of nicknames but for the most part, people call me Lexi. I'm a twenty-something self-confessed geek, tattoo-addicted English and Music teacher and I live in sunny ol' England! Literature and Music is the name of the game, and I take it in whatever way I can get it. I spend far too much time with my nose in a book or my hands twiddling on an instrument, and that is quite alright with me!
For the most part I tend to write for The Lord of the Rings, The Silmarillion, and Harry Potter; the books I fell well and truly in love with. They stole my heart, and also spaces on my skin. I also write original fiction - on the road to publishing, and one day I'd rather like to see my name on a book in a shop. We can but dream, my dear readers, we can but dream.
DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the works of fiction that I write for; I simply use the characters of J.K Rowling, J.R.R Tolkien and others for my own amusement, with the occasional Original Character here and there. I'm not making any monetary profit from my writing, but the payment I do receive is that of reviewers enjoying what I've written and telling me so. Thank you.
Updates and News
I do exist, I am writing, but my new school has been utterly mental and compounding matters... OFSTED. Think Delores Umbridge with a clipboard, inspecting lessons, with less than 24 hours' notice and no idea if/when my lessons might get inspected as part of a whole school inspection to see if we are doing well as a school.
~*~ I have been nominated for a MARAUDER MEDAL in the SHRIEKING SHACK SOCIETY AWARDS! ~*~
This is for ANYTHING, EVERYTHING, FOREVER in the category of HONORARY MARAUDER and I am so absolutely overwhelmed to be nominated at all. It means the absolute world to me. If you think my little story deserves a vote, please do so at the following link... (Please remove brackets - because silly FFN linking rules). Voting closes on the 25th of October.

It has been a while, I know.
First of all, for those who might have had an alert for a chapter and hoped to see something for TLC - I'm sorry. My muse for this story has up and left me at the moment. I do have a few things fleshed out for the ending and I would like to finish it this summer as we are painfully close to the end. I would like to have this complete for my own peace of mind, as I hate to leave a fic unfinished. It bothers me.
That being said...
My new story, Anything, Everything, Forever is now up and running with the first chapter!
I am quite excited for this as it has been in my head for a very long time. Updates may be a little sporadic to start as I am exam marking until the 23rd July but I then hope to be on a weekly-ish update schedule as far as I can. This will be a George/Hermione endgame, with a bit of sneaky Slytherin friendship and a whole lot of PTSD to work through. I hope you enjoy it as much as I'm enjoying planning and writing it!
Also a reminder:
You can find my DeviantArt page here - I have a list of character inspiration 'favourites' and the odd atrocious sketch of my own for your questionable pleasure.
Let me not to the marriage of true minds
William Shakespeare, Sonnet 116.
"All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us." - Tolkien, The Lord of the Rings
We don't read and write poetry because it's cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race, and the human race is filled with passion. Medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for." - Robin Williams, Dead Poets Society
"For small creatures such as we the vastness is bearable only through love." - Carl Sagan
"It's dangerous business going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you'll be swept off to." - Tolkien, The Lord of the Rings
"I pray you, in your letters,
"Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known." - Carl Sagan
Anything, Everything, Forever - The Second Wizarding War made soldiers out of children, and peace left tears in the fabric of those who survived the chaos. Hermione Granger cannot face the idea of returning to battle as an Auror, and George Weasley cannot face a future where his past still haunts him. Somehow, they must learn to find places in a world that doesn't want to see their struggles and the pain that those around them do not wish to unearth. New friendships emerge, challenges are faced, and George and Hermione must come to accept that there is no returning to what once was. They must learn to heal, and love for what is.
What Grace Has Given Me: The Litawen Chronicles - A woman born in Middle Earth, grown in Valinor, and a history belonging thousand of years in the future; Litawen is struggling with her own identity as she comes of age. With her Mother spoken of in hushed tones and her Father considered mad for taking her up as a wife, she fights the prejudice held against those who dare to be different and those who have no choice but to be. With her youngest cousin just born to the great Lord Glorfindel and one of her twin Aunts, Jade, she is a woman on a mission to ensure that the innocent do face the same torments of her youth. Throw in one Lord Elrohir, formerly of Rivendell, and you have a very interesting family indeed. [Currently on Hiatus]
It's Always Been You - Sirius pulled the man to him in a kiss that was fraught and fierce with emotion. It was dominating, claiming, and it was angry - all teeth, tongue and bruised lips that left them panting and wide-eyed from the intensity of it. He knew in some deep, dark part of him - a part in complete denial - that this would be the last time. A StarBuck one-shot for the Sing Me a Rare song-fic competition on the Fairest of the Rare. Winner of Best Written and Overall 'DJ', and Runner-up in Best Angst and Wish It Could Be Canon.
Silence - At first, she'd found ways to fill the world with sound and the chaos that she had always craved, even as a young girl. Now, she was only left with the crushing weight of silence. An Andromeda Tonks monologue-esque one-shot.
What Grace Has Given Me - A considerable epic, following a selection of characters through the War of the Ring leading us through those tribulations through the eyes of the Eldar. A light-hearted story with lots of laughs, fights, love, a few tears, and a variety of characters we know and love as well as the OCs of my own design. Give it a try - a little slow to start, but by about Chapter 6 the fun really begins.
Not a Word - George/Hermione one-shot, later to be incorporated into a full-blown story. A taster, if you will.
Parole Partners: Harry Potter is not pleased with his latest assignment from Kingsley. [Hansy]
As-yet unnamed and only loosely drafted Theomione.
