Author has written 5 stories for Stargate: SG-1, Doctor Who, and Sanctuary.
TV likes include Doctor Who, Grimm, X-Files, Firefly, Big Bang Theory, MST3K, BtvS, and SG-1 (Does Lizzie Bennett Diaries count as TV?). Recently I've been introduced to Leverage, Red Dwarf, and Arrow.
Books are amazing things and (sticking with fiction) my favorite is Jane Eyre, followed closely by Pride and Prejudice.
Movies are harder to list because there are a lot of them and, unlike tv shows and books, I don't have an actual favorite so choosing which to list is difficult. The movies I watch usually depends on my mood. I like the movies based off the books from above, excluding The Hobbit (apparently they forgot it was a kid's story) and any live-action Dr. Seuss movie. Generally I go for comedy more often than drama and action more often than pure fluff. I like Star Wars and LotR and high budget movies, but also enjoy movies like The Lost Skeleton of Kadavra (which is only entertaining when it's watched with a group) and I like some Disney, Dreamworks, and Pixar. I like Sound of Music and Mary Poppins. I enjoy some RomComs, but I need to really be in the mood for them. I really enjoy watching terrible 'horror' movies (Tremors, Big Ass Spider, etc.) with my sister (though I might go insane if she tries to get me to watch Lone Star State of Mind again). I fully believe Die Hard is a Christmas movie. Muppets are amazing. I will admit to watching every version of P&P and Jane Eyre I've managed to get my hands on, some multiple times, this includes Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
Over the past few years some of my friends have introduced me to live theater- mostly musicals- and, wow, I love it. Illyria was the first I went to outside of high school productions and it was amazing (I still randomly get the song 'Cakes and Ale' stuck in my head). Ever since then I've been hooked.
And now how about some random quotes that, as far as I know, are not from books? I don't know who most of these belong to, I just enjoy saying them.
"Don't say, 'The old lady screamed.' Bring her on and let her scream." -Mark Twain when giving advice to authors.
"Don't be normal; that's a setting on a washing machine." -one of my friend's mother
