![]() Author has written 12 stories for Harry Potter. OH HELLO!!! If you happen to be reading this...it's 2021 and I've finally started writing again!! I'm currently only writing for the The Last Kingdom fandom, but I'm slowly migrating and updating my old fics from here onto AO3 (under the same handle). If you're a fan of the show, I just posted my first fic for it this week. And if not, I'll hopefully someday get the inspiration to finish my WIP Harry Potter fics. I'm hoping that my return to writing will help facilitate that. Either way, come find me on AO3! I don't know that I'll add any new fics onto this site other than potentially new chapters onto already existing fics. Love, Amy About me...let's see. I was formerly known as RubeusHagrid34. I'm 30, female, a HUGE band nerd, and completely addicted to Harry Potter. I moved back across the country to where I grew up a few months ago, but only because my family is here. Definitely not a fan of the area, but it'll have to do for now. I'm a die-hard Red Hot Chili Peppers fan. My other favorites are Matt Kim, OKGo, ad Sara Bareilles. I have four tattoos, all of which are of/for things or people that I hold close to my heart. I have a cat named Luna, though she already had that name when I adopted her. She's the quirkiest cat in existence...go figure. I love that my fanfiction user id number is a palindrome. I am a Hufflepuff, through and through. Even Pottermore agrees! My favorite character is Hagrid. HAGRID HAGRID HAGRID! (I seem to have a thing for the big, furry, loveable characters. See: Gossamer, Sweetums, Gimli...) I also love Fred and George. Neville, Kingsley Shacklebolt, and Lee Jordan too. And Fabian and Gideon Prewett, for some reason. Oh, and Luna, too. One of my best friends thinks I'm Luna...and I'm in no position to disagree. My OTP is Fremione, though I also love Geomione and Charmione. I'm mostly just a fan of Hermione/(pretty much anyone but Ron), though. And I think that Draco/Harry is very, very wrong, simply because it's them. Otherwise, I'm not opposed to slash if it makes sense. I've become a HUGE fan of all four DCtv shows, but none more than Legends of Tomorrow. Captain Cold is one of my top 5 all-time favorite villains (possibly my #1). My DCtv OTP is probably CaptainCanary, though ColdFlash is really growing on me. I also love VixenWave (or whatever people are calling it this week). Anyway, I started reading fanfiction in 2007, and started writing at the beginning of 2008. I am thoroughly enjoying writing fanfiction (and, of course, reading as well. But that should be a given!), and absolutely adore getting feedback from my readers. Thanks for all the support, guys! :D Well...is there anything else really to tell? If you want to know anything more, message me. I'm always open to making new friends :) You can follow me on tumblr if you'd like (93xdiagonxalley), but I'm honestly on any form of social media so rarely these days that I can't remember the last time I posted something that wasn't a reblog on there. Props to: AlaskaRae3, for starting off the story I adopted (The Books), and allowing me to continue it Mrs. Blaise Zabini 09, for my first ever review!! Wizards-Pupil, for just being awesome and supportive and encouraging, and holding the title of "My Favorite Writer on Fanfiction" :) -oOo- Update schedule for WIPs: (9/21/14) - I haven't touched any of my writing in ages. Besides being uninspired to write, I've been super busy with real life - my job is crazy busy and hectic right now. It'll calm down (I hope!) in about 2 weeks or so, but who knows...Hopefully I'll get inspired to write something again soon, though. I'd really love to finally finish my stories! The Books - Generally at least one month between updates, though it often turns out to be a few. It takes me a long time to write these chapters, thanks for your patience! Weasley Rule Number 1 - As often as possible! Though I've been dealing with writer's block for awhile when it comes to this story, so I apologize for the long hiatus. Any suggestions are welcomed! Always Look on the Bright Side of Life - It started out as every Monday, but now I don't even know. Whenever I happen to finish a chapter, I suppose. And I WILL finish a chapter soon; I'm at least halfway through the next one. I'm really proud of my progress so far, as I once thought myself to be a terrible writer. I appreciate and am humbled by all of the support I've been getting, you're all wonderful. |
