Author has written 23 stories for Numb3rs, and Hawaii Five-0.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen after a VERY long hiatus (caused entirely by real life), the Twisted Evilettes have returned.
One thing and one thing only has changed. We are now writing in the rebooted Hawaii 5-0 universe. While we deeply enjoyed writing in the Numb3rs 'verse, once the show ended, we moved on to other shows. Does this mean that you will NEVER seen another Numb3rs story from us ever again?
No. It just means that for the time being our sights are set on tormenting certain people living on the Hawaiian islands. *eg*
We hope you join us for the stories we have written in the 5-0 'verse. We certainly have had fun writing them.
Everything else written below remains in effect. Especially the part about anonymous reviews. Seriously people? If you want a question answered or have a comment to make, own it. Create an account at FFN and ask away. It'll be easier for everyone involved.
Stay tuned. 5-0 fic IS coming. Shortly!
It's the odd couple!
Or, at least, it's the oddest couple of writers who ever teamed up:-D
Amy D came to me for technical advice on a story, we ended up writing together. Along the way, I'm doing my best to get Amy over her aversion to physical, traumatizing mayhem on characters (she won't even allow me to maim or kill Red-Shirted Original Characters!) but I suspect she's going to stand firm on that issue. In the mean time, I'm also trying to get her to understand the importance of Point of View and how to show a story, not just tell it. She's getting the hang of that, slowly. g
Suisan is a lovely, patient person who has not a problem telling me that I am showing not telling. She is not the first person to tell me that however. ;-) While Suisan is trying to get me over my aversion to maiming and killing characters, I am working on getting her to NOT maim and kill everyone in the story. She might, she might not. G Who knows?
We are having a blast and that's all that really matters though, I think.
PS - Amy will never get me to stop maiming ... but I'll cut back to every 8th or 9th person. Just for her. ;-)
PS - I know I will never get Suisan to stop maiming everyone but I can work with every 8th or 9th person. ;-)
PPS - People have asked, "Are you really two different people?" The answer is - YES. Now I will admit, sometimes those two (seperate) people are of one mind, which is kinda scary, and when we mentally mesh we're really twisted and really evil ... hence the occassional nickname of Twisted Evilettes. So, from one Twinly Evil and one Evilly Twin ... have a nice day (or night) and don't forget to send us your words of love, praise or pleading ... flames will be reported and then promptly ignored.
Sorry about that, just thought you all would like to know that the following stories by the Twisted Evilettes (AmyD & Suisan) have won in their categories at at the Numb3rs Awards for 2008/09:
1. The Colby & The Charger
2. Sick, Shot and Snarling
Word of unsolicited advice...
Anonymus Reviews can not be answered. If you ask a question of the Twisted Evilettes, and want an answer, sign it with an email address or only review once you have signed into your FFN account. You do not need to be a writer to have a FFN account, they're free by the way, and you can use them to track your favorite writers, stories and have them "bookmarked" in a place that you never have to worry about a hard-drive crashing and wiping away your bookmarks.
The Twisted Evilettes - we're only a little evil...
