Author has written 4 stories for Naruto, One Piece, and D.Gray-Man.
A quick update on the status of my works here (because its been more than a year since I updated some of them).
The Nightshade is ongoing as normal. Updates might be a bit spaced though (and this goes for all my fics) because of my job. It's extremely demanding in regards to time and attention and, like a lot of people out there, I'm often working until the wee hours of the morning and then have to leave to my job early in the morning. The little time I have I usually spend sleeping. Until I get used to this routine I can't promise to update more regularly.
The Fourteenth and the FOX Chronicles are being reworked.
I have most of the main points of Fourteenth written out, and since the manga doesn't seem to be coming out any time soon again (if at all), I decided to throw any caution out the window and just forge ahead with the Universe on my own. This means AU, as usual with my stories.
As for FOX Chronicles, I'm reviewing my notes in order to build a sensible structure to the story. It won't take too long, since the story was never meant to be epic. Originally, it was supposed to be a one-shot, but I wanted to build a story where I focused on Sakura and Naruto developed a relationship while using taking care of a young new Nine-tails as a background. All told, the story shouldn't pass 10 to 15 chapters in length.
Finally, we have Devil. I have an idea where I'm going with this. Devil is the story I turn to when I want to deviate the most. Because One Piece world is vast and rich, I'm practically allowed to do whatever the hell I want. It is planned as Epic in length but I might take me a while to get back to it: I'm ironing out some details.
As you guys probably noticed, with the exception of The Nightshade, I pretty much start stories as a thought strikes me. So I'll have some work straightening out the plot of most stories I write.
Which brings me to the next point:
I have another story in the works. It will be my last, in the sense I won't work on more simultaneous fics than I have (this new one counting). It's a Digimon fanfic. Extremely Alternate Universe in the sense that will not follow the games nor the anime. I'll merely grab the world and play with it. Contrary to what's the norm, I'll only start posting this one when I have everything planned out and most of it written. It will be called Streaks of Gold and will require guts on my part in the sense that it will feature romantic relationships between human and Digimon. Don't like, don't read it. The setting will be a mixture between Middle Ages like areas and futuristic ones (so it will be a steamless steam-punk technology-wise). I don't see too many Digimon stories like this around so hopefully it will be something new...
I felt I should point out that I am not (yet) dead. I'm still working on the stories, it's just that most of the days I get home so tired I barely get the energy to type more than a few words on the stories. It's funny cause I spent most of my childhood and adolescence dreaming about being an adult and thinking that going to school sucked. Boy was I in for a slap in the face. Real work just kills a guy - and I'm doing research in something I like, I pity the people who don't have that luxury.
Okay now that I've got that out of my chest, the planned updates are as following (the first two are interchangeable):
- The Nightshade;
- FOX Chronicles;
These predictions are based on how far ahead the chapters currently are. As I update the stories, I'll update the list. But if someone knows a more efective/easy/clean/visually pleasant way to do it, don't hold back: tell me! Again: this is not an update order, merely a list to give the idea of how far along the chapters are.
Just a quick update, since a reviewer lamented over this: The stories are not abandoned. None of them. I have, however, been faced with a lot of work to do and little time to do it. I ask for your patience. Thank you.
Been ages since I updated this thing.
Just to tell you that I've not abandoned any story. It's just that with work and change of living place, things have been complicated and I haven't had time to write as I would like. Also, my Laptop got screwed (something to do with a GPU from Nvidia that apparently is making a literal killing on the computers with it) and I lost all my notes for The Nightshade when I changed home. That said updates will likely be slower - but the stories aren't abandoned!!
I'm writing an original story that I might post sometime in the appropriate place.
Oh, right!! I'm a male.
