Years later, Ruby returns to Vale, only to find herself invited into Beacon Academy, where she'll have to make friends, reunite with family, help train a deadbeat teammate, and maybe even find love...Oh...And maybe help save the world...If she can find time for it.

After saving Argus, Ruby was only expected to kick back and get the rest she deserved, but the hero of the hour is left with a bad taste and insecurities, brought to the surface by her silver eye trigger. Unable to sleep on it, she seeks out her boyfriend for some cheering up and some of that Arc wisdom. Who better to remind you how awesome you are than your fellow dork?

Zwei, Remnant's number one corgi, treasured his lovable owner. Ruby Rose was brave, kind-hearted, lonely. She always watched her pack pairing off but never had a playmate of her own. Human mating was a fickle topic. Too much tiptoeing, not enough paw shaking and tummy rubs. Taking his leash into his stubby paws, he roped one clueless Jaune Arc into his matchmaking prowess. Ruff!
