The Biography Of Paige Roberts
I don't much like reading long, seemingly-endless bios about a person's boring life. So in order to get you interested, I'll simply find a creative way of telling you that my name is Paige Hilary-Michelle Roberts and I was born in New York City and raised in California--was that good enough? ;-)
Yes, my mother was actually out on a trip to NY visitng family with my grandma and gave birth to me while she was there. She presented me with the beautiful name of Brianna, but when I was nine I became formerly known as "Paige," on account of how much I like that name and that I am constantly reading (corny, right?). Well anyway, I fell in love with New York this summer and only recently found out that was where I was born...no wonder I like it there so much!
Writing is probably my passion. Some of my earliest and most favorite memories involve me typing in front of a computer, or making scribble lines on a sheet of paper and later on reciting them as if it was an actual book, or even shouting out ideas while someone who actually knew how to write at the time wrote it down for me. I recall once bringing in a story I had come up wtih, my mother had written for me, to my preschool class where the teacher read it aloud. I believe I started some sort of trend, because shorty afterwards, all the other kids wanted their own story, too! Yes, but it's just little things like that which lead me to believe that I was destined to be some sort of author. I have written TONS of other stories, as well, most of them involving a magical fairy-tale world called "Barmodia," where elves and gnomes and unicorns live together in peace and harmony. I've also written quite a bit of science fiction stories, most of them about some kind of alien invasion. Once I even wrote a chiller about how two teenage twins discover that their aunt's house is haunted by the presence of her dead eleven-year old daughter. And then there have been the stupider, E.T.-inspired novels about how a boy finds a creature and befriends it(a.k.a. my story "Bigfoot" about how a boy finds a bigfoot at his summer camp).
I have to admit, the computer is my pet peeve. I can sit in front of it all day long if I please and never even once think about getting up. I hate that about myself, too, but anyone who owns a PC knows that the internet is addicting. You can fall into the web trap and never get yourself out, if you stay tangled amongst it long enough. Luckily fo rme, I've begun to learn when to quit clicking the mouse...this is not one of those times...
Ah, television. Sometimes I wonder what we would really do without it. I mean, just imagine living in a world with no TV. Imagine a world without SpongeBob!!
Now really, though, who DOESN'T watch SpongeBob. My dad likes SpongeBob, okay, that's how flipping amazing he is. He's so great that an adult can sit there and bare to watch him. What other cartoon do you know that does that??
You most likely have figured out after reading those last four sentences that 'ol SquarePants is my favorite cartoon character. If this si true, than you're absolutely right. Truthfully, there is no greater cartoon then SpongeBob SquarePants...I'll admit, Bugs Bunny is an ultimate classic, but nothing compares to the geeky, optimistic sponge we've all grown to love.
I've seen all the "greats"--family guy, the simpsons--nah, they can't hold a candle to spongy. No matter what anyone says, his show is the greatest.
And Squidward Tentacles is the greatest character.
I mean, c'mon: a six-tentacled octopus who sucks at playing the clarinet, hates his life, and makes the most hilarious snappy comments? Gotta love 'im!
SpongeBob isn't the only show I enjoy. I also love The Twilight Zone, Hannah Montannah, That's So Raven, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and Degrassi: The Next Generation.
UNIQUE PAIRINGS THAT I LOVE:
and of course, Spandy
SEVE, YOU'RE TICKIN ME OFF!!
I don't see how Stephen Hillenburg, the greatest cartoon genius in several decades, could be so cold. We've been waiting for that episode for ages now, and still haven't gotten anything!! What gives, man??
This is just a simple note to him:
