Aravir - The name of a Narnian Star (it's only mentioned once! See if you can find it!)
Aravir is a young woman addicted to Narnia. Her room is Narnian themed. She has a few Narnian themed clothes. Everything she sees reminds her in some way of Narnia. Between cooking, cleaning, homework, and/or sleeping, most of the rest of Aravir's time is spent at , a delightful Narnia (you never could have guessed!) website. You'll see her over there in caption contests and the forum.
When Aravir is not cramming her ruefully woebegone brain full of Math, Philosophy, or History homework, she is an avid photographer and filmographer (filming). Aravir's calling to is make Christian films for families. She has several book series in mind that she wants to make into films someday. For now she busies herself going to school to learn everything she can about directing live-action films.
Despite a schedule that appears to consume a 29 hour day, Aravir is also an entrepreneur as the owner and graphics designer of a small company called J.L. May SoapMakers. She and her family hand make natural, chemical-free soaps, lotions and lip balms. You can check out their website at .
If Aravir has any time left after all that she reads and reviews Narnian fics.
Soli Deo Gloria!

You Know Pole? Jill Pole? Complete
Set after Silver Chair. (A tad AU in ages - everyone is a bit older than LB...)
Life goes on and I must join it once in a while. This happens to be one of the times. It doesn't help that my fan-fictions are stuck up in my brain and none of them have the decency to spill down to my fingers and out into my computer's keyboard! :(
I read fanfiction more than I am able to write it. I enjoy the true Narnia fafiction...the fanfiction that sticks with canon! I positively hate stories that steal (for that is really what they are doing) a character's name and change their characteristics; especially for the worse. If the author was so 'brilliant' at coming up with a completely new character, they aught to have the brains to come up with a new name too!
When I read a story to that has incest or slash (quite accidentally as I do NOT go reading that kind), you can be sure I will not be lenient in my review should I choose to even honor the scrap of writing with a review.
There are many, many stories that are of my favorite Narnian stories but if I had to shorten it to just a few...
Ok, so two of the four aren't single stories... hey, I had to fit a bunch in there somehow! ..
Copy and Pastes:
I have a one-time gift. A beautiful gift that many people are ridiculed for in this day and age. A precious gift that many people throw away. It's called "virginity", and I plan to not waste it on someone who's just gonna dump me later. I choose to be faithful to my future husband, the man who will love me for the rest of my life, and to wait for the wedding day!! If you have chosen to save your one-time gift and are PROUD of your purity, paste this into your profile and add your name to the list: Aravir Theophila Morningstar, Dearheart, Narnian Nights. floppyearsthebunny, Narniachick, Lady of Stormness Mountain, LovelyPrincessWhiteRose, Destiny J. Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.
He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as: Knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; Life isn't always fair; and Maybe it was my fault.Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge). His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6 year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.
Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get Parental consent to administer Calpol, sun lotion or a band-aid to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.
Common Sense lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments became contraband; churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims.
Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.
Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.
Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his wife, Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility; and his son, Reason.
He is survived by his 3 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights, Someone Else Is To Blame, and I'm A Victim. Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing.
The Narniac's Creed
I believe in a Lion named Aslan
He is good but not safe,
At Aslan's roar, even the trees bow down.
He has another name in our world.
He's not a tame Lion, it's true.
So I will take the adventure that Aslan sends,
Until further up and further in
