Author has written 9 stories for Dragon Ball Z, Hellsing, Avengers, and Twilight. 7/26 After two update-less years, two new chapters of Across Space and Time have been posted. Hello everyone! I started writing during a particularly boring class in high school, and have continued the tradition ever since. To this day, it is where I come up with my best material. I only joined the community a few months ago, looking for some feedback. I welcome vicious reviews. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, or at least a better writer. Feel free to PM me if you have questions or comments. I respond to all of my PMs and reviews. What can I say? I like to talk. I enjoy DBZ (and many other series), and want to represent them to the best of my abilities. Aside from writing, I am a musician and a teacher, and also a college student. The flute is my main instrument, and percussion is my secondary focus, but as a music educator, I can play pretty much everything. I teach high school music and tutor in English. Marching band is by far my favorite class to teach. I am a college student... still... pursuing my masters degree. By this point in my life, I am sick of school and particularly my education professors. It is adorable, really, watching them try to teach me how to teach music, when they can't deal with a class size of 40 students. Try 153 lol. My methods are a little different than yours. Sorry for the soap box... In my spare time, I also work in tech support. Step 1: Is it on? Step 2: Are you sure? Those two questions solve 90% of my problems. Not even exaggerating. My writing influences for these DBZ fics, at the moment, come largely from TeamFourStar. I find their brand of humor hil-arious, and Lanipator has the best Vegeta voice of any dub. Sorry Chris Sabat. Another influence is the book version of Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones. She breathes life into characters like no other author I've ever read. If you like the movie, read the book. The plots are radically different. During my breaks as I write, I am currently rewatching Doctor Who, which lends itself nicely to ASaT. Different timelines, time travel, aliens... great ideas. Aside from that, I have read every single book I own (which is no small number) at least twice in the last three months, which has led me to borrow some from my dad. That means I have been reading every Louis L'amour western novel in existence. The Sackett series has been inspirational, as well as The Broken Gun. The rest have kind of blurred together. There were cowboys and villains and damsels in distress. It's the vibe that makes those books so worth it to read. Thanks for the loan, Dad! Nice to meet you all, and thank you for your constant support! The people of this community push me to write faster and better than ever before, and I can't express how much I appreciate that. -Kanotari In other news, I am a proud member of Team Dragon Star. Check out my Hellsing one-shots on that account, Bored Meeting. Integra Wingates Hellsing finds herself trapped in a painfully boring investors' meeting and Alucard decides to abuse his telepathy for his own amusement. Read our other works as well, authored by some of the best writers on the site. Predator on Halloween, written for the TDS Halloween one-shot competition, involves Alucard toying with some haunted house employees for his own amusement. Look for a new chapter of our collaborative TDS stories, Missing Prince and Tranquil Violence. Chapters 11-current of MP and Chapters 14-15 of TV are authored by myself and my good friends DarkVoid116, Kalebxdd, RaiynetheHedgehog, and DyingGrin.
