Author has written 2 stories for Jak and Daxter.
Do you know, at the top of this page, it says I last updated this on the 20th December 2007.
That is two years ago. That is ridiculous.
Hmm. Now I've started though, I don't quite know what to say. It's a bit of an intimidating big-white space. Shall I do love and hates? That would be a good place to start.
Jak and Daxter. There is nothing in the world I love more. I have never been more obsessed with anything. It's the only thing that never ever fails to make me happy. Will someone please knight whoever came up with it? Oh wait, I don't know if you have knighting in America-Land. Hmm. There must be some sort of equivilant.
Linkin Park. The only thing that comes anywhere near being as good as Jak and Daxter.
My Chemical Romance. Ditto.
Oh wait, that's two 'only things' isn't it? Oh well. You can't have everything.
V For Vendetta. Best film ever. End of. Can't believe there is no category on here to write fanfics for it. Tch.
Public Speaking. You know, shouting at the masses and so on.
Michael Jackson. Amazing does not cover it. I've recently learnt Thriller and I've been able to moonwalk and side-circle slide for a while now, so I'm building up my repetoire. Poor poor Michael.
TWILIGHT. Don't even get me started on this.
Maximum Ride. Ditto.
The Sound of People Eating. It makes me scream. Which is not really acceptable over the dinner table is it?
Actually, there are quite a lot of things I hate, and quite a lot more that I like, but I'm a bit too tired right now to think about it.
Shades's Children - Garth Nix
So anyway, that's a bit about the things I care about.
What else can I say about myself...?
I live in the north of England, in the Middle of Freaking Nowhere and I have a cat and two horses. I'm quite - as people have tactfully put it - opinionated, and I'm a strong feminist. I love debating, leading and speaking in front of audiences. I hope to go into medical research then with any luck into politics.
But in the meantime, I think I should write some fanfics, right?
I may finish 'Fever' at some point, but it was so long ago when I wrote that that I can't quite remember how I was going to end it, and I think I've become a better writer since then so it may need some editing. The other thing is, I've been working for the last year or so on a proper full-length book so that's been distracting me. Plus I've had a lot of exams and I get a lot of work and pressure from my school sooo... and I know you'll hate this; I hate people saying this, but... I have been too busy.
But no longer!
To be honest I am busier than ever, but no, we will persevere! Fanfics WILL HAPPEN.
Wish me luck. xxx
Oh, can I just stick a few of my favourite quotes on the end of this? I'm big on quoting. So here we go.
'If you'd moved that fast a long time ago, I'd still be wearing pants.' -Daxter in Jak III
'Zaphod Beeblebrox, now there's one frood who knows where his towel is.'
"The Zaphod Beeblebrox?
"No, just a Zaphod Beebebrox, didn't you hear I come in six packs?"
'Chew on that, fruit boy!' -My friend Emma.
'Yeah, if I wasn't so busy running for my life, I'd be the next big thing!' -Me. (In writing, I'm not so pretentious that I... oh nevermind. You get the point.)
'I don't HAVE any small change, so just, you know, BACK OFF!!' -My friend Hilary, trying to pay 49p with a £20 note.
'Oh dear. He seems to have got to the 'punching inanimate objects' stage alarmingly quickly.' -My friend Hilary after Alasdair punched the white board.
Confucius he say, man with no front garden look forlorn.
'Alright, alright. I made a mistake. It's a good thing I'm not a brain surgeon.'
'Oh you... public menace!"' -Harold Saxon. Best Prime Minister ever. Even if he was a raving nutcase bent on taking over the universe.
'If I throw a stick, does he chase it?'
"The last charge of the dark and light brigade!" -Daxter in Jak III
"Look, I am up to HERE with cool, OK? I am so amazingly cool, you could keep a side of meat in me for a month. I am so hip, I have difficulty seeing over my pelvis. Now will you move it before I blow it up?" -Douglas Adams.
"Yes, you were that child, I took you from Damas in the hope of harnessing your eco power for my experiments, till I lost you to thte Underground. You were the son of the great warrior Damas -oh, and he never knew? How delightful."
That is officially the best bit in the entire series of Jak games, I even have all my non-Jakfan friends saying it. It is even better when it is done in a french accent. (Infact, watch all the cutscenes in french and german, they are very good.)
Anyway, I now feel a bit of a writing attack coming on now, so I will just say arriveddecci and be off.
Send me PMs, reviews, anything and everything. I'm quite nice really =D
That doesn't work as well as 'Rock On' does.
I must stop this now.
Ok, I'm going.
