Author has written 81 stories for Gilmore Girls, General Hospital, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Passions, ER, Dark Angel, NCIS, Life Unexpected, Revenge, and Gone with the Wind. 1/13/22 Sorry guys. Real life workload got hectic. hopefully in a week I will have the last 3 little sections of Linger done. 9/13/20 Reviewer note: Thank you to the good reviewers out there (I am sorry I fell off the face of the earth). There needs to be a reason for a story to be written/continued, if people aren't interested enough to drop a line, then devoting hours to writing out a chapter doesn't really make sense (since the story is already in my head). This was just really noticeable because I had a hell of a time trying to clean out the email associated with FFN (4 years worth) and the amount of people who favorited author/story, follow author/story, but never dropped a single review…If you guys want a multi-chapter ongoing story, I highly encourage you to drop lines to the authors you like. If you can say, "Thank you" to someone who held a door for you for 2 seconds, you can say thank you to someone who spent hours/days/weeks doing something for you. I started writing fanfic back in the late 1990's (yes, I know some of you had not been born yet, imagine if you will a time when it took several minutes just to get online). The frequency of reviews has dropped so dramatically in the years since (do remember we can see how many people open the page). For example, I have a 150k word fic on here, it took 4 years to write. In 5 years there were 7 favorites and 2 reviews and at least a couple people read ALL of it every month. So if you can spend days reading something, it would be nice if you dropped a line. PS- I personally, 95% of the time, leave really lame, uninspired reviews. The people who actually take the time to leave a personal review. You're TOTALLY amazing in my book. I need to be more like you. Thank you so much for taking those extra moments of your life to make a lasting impact on the author. See I have this thing called a fiction addiction formed many years ago when I was just a little kiddie (all grown up now, though sadly still the same height :-P) its cause was no cable and an overactive imagination. While the cable aspect was resolved the disease had already taken hold, though it waxes and wanes in its severity. If you’re reading his trying to figure out when any GG or DA fics are going to be finished may I refer you to their story summaries because try as I might with the DA stuff, the idea in my head will just not appear on the screen (I tried for 2 years and I mean trust me I seriously tried). If you just want a general ending for an unfinished story, you can PM me and I will tell you the path I intended to take the story and its resolution. If you’re reading this regarding any GH fics: anything that isn’t Brazen isn’t going to be finished. You should also know I hate Liz and Sonny and can make that pretty clear in my stories. Now if you have any general curiosities feel free to ask. If you’re curious about my favorite stories of own works (others you know where to find them), I prefer my shorts to my longer stories (I have a lot of oneshots). For DA (all and always ML): -A post S2 return to real life after Terminal City. -A post Haven fic about Max getting some insight into the Logan Cale she thought she knew so well. -An ML post S2 Xmas story. Unfinished. If you're looking for something lighthearted try Embedded and Oblivious. If you want a Season 2 undo (but that explains away season 2) try Outside of the Box (I have others though). If you're looking for a massive read that would be Moving On, if you're like me and once you stop reading something you can't stop, do not start this story at night. :-P For GH: -I love the possibilities that existed with AJ Quartermaine. -Alan's death, two sons return. -Brenda returns after Emily's death. -Full Brazen bickering. -My Brazen Christmas fic. -Jason gets help from a familiar angel to see what's been in front of him this entire time. Seriously feel free to PM me if anything confuses you in my stories. Thanks for reading. Please don't forget to review if you like the story (otherwise it leads to the demise of the story), I'm a cruddy reviewer, I am the queen of 'Great job. More please.' Honestly you can type the word, 'More' in and I'll be happy, it will give me the encouragement to write the next part or start the next story because well, the story's already in my head, I know how it turns out. Typing it out is for you guys. =D ~Mia |
