Poll: Who is the best Wicked pairing? Vote Now!
Author has written 27 stories for Wicked, RENT, Sweeney Todd, Pushing Daisies, and Once Upon a Time.
So you stumbled upon my profile, welcome! You can expect a lot of Gelphie(Wicked) and Swanqueen(Once Upon A Time) from me. I love writing strong female characters and these two pairings in particular I feel have a lot of subtext and therefore potentially good fanfiction to write about and so here I am. Enjoy and please tell me in all honesty what you think.
Emma Swan/Regina Mills (Swan Queen)
WICKED THE MUSICAL:
''Everyone deserves the chance to fly!''
''It's just for the first time I feel ... wicked.''
''It well may be that we will never meet again, in this lifetime, so let me say before part, so much of me is made of what I learned from you, you'll be with me like a hand print on my heart.''
''Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe ... blonde!''
''Well we can't all come and go by bubble!''
WICKED THE NOVEL:
''Galinda didn't see the verdant world through the glass if the carriage, she saw her own reflection instead.''
''Please it is Galinda. The proper old Gilikinese pronunciation, if you don't mind.''
Elphaba-''I'm just reading them.''
Galinda- ''But why? Miss Elphaba the Delirious why, why?'' Elphaba looked up at Galinda and smiled.
''Elphaba the Delirious. I like it.''
''Oh Miss Elphaba. You terrible, mean thing, you're pretty. There's some strange exotic quality of beauty abut you. I never thought.''
''Surprise,'' said Elphaba and then nearly blushed, if darker green constituted a blush -
''I mean, surprise, not beauty. It's just surprise.'Well what do you know.' It's not beauty.''
''Who am I to argue,'' said Galinda, tossing her curls and striking a pose, and Elphaba actually laughed at that, and Galinda laughed back.
'Elphaba thrust out strong arms and scooped Glinda in mid-collapse. Glinda didn't really lose consciousness, but the uncomfortable physical nearness of hawk-faced Elphaba after that undesired act of desire made her want to shiver with revulsion and to purr at the same time.
''Come on Glinda - you've got better brains - come on! I love you too much, snap out of it, you idiot!''
''Well, really. No need to be so romantic about it!''
'She put her face against Glinda's and kissed her.'
''Hold out my sweet.'' she murmured, and kissed her again.
''Hold out my sweet.''
'Her arms wheeled of their own accord, like windmill sails, like those magicked antlers, not to kill him, but to pin him with love, to mount him against the wall.'
''If you should see her,'' said Glinda lightly, ''tell her I miss her still.''
'It was not just the novelty of seeing her again, but the strange charisma Elphaba possessed, which had always put Glinda in the shade. Also there was the thrill, basis indeterminable, which made Glinda shy, and caused her to rush her words, and to speak in a false high voice like an adolescent. How quickly you could be thrown back to the terrible uncertainty of your youth!
For when she chose to remember her youth at all, she could scarcely dredge up an ounce of recollection about that daring meeting with the Wizard. She could recall far more clearly how she and Elphie had shared a bed on the road to the Emerald City. How brave that made her feel, and how vulnerable too.'
'Both women averted their eyes and hurried their feet along their opposing ways. For the Witch, the sky was a huge boulder pressing down on her. For Glinda it was much the same. But Glinda wheeled about, and cried out, ''Oh Elphie!''
The Witch did not turn. They never saw each other again.'
The Witch searched the mantelpiece for the testimonial trophy with the biggest marble base, and bashed in Madame Morrible's skull with it. She left it in the old woman's arms. It's statement could be read by all. IN APPRECIATION OF EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE, it said.'
'She was dead, dead and gone, and all that was left of her was the carapace of her reputation for malice.'
''I long to discover something as true as this is, so with a thousand sweet kisses I'll cover you.''
''In Cyberland we only drink ... Diet Coke.''
''Moo with me.''
''This diva needs her stage!''
''Don't you want your girl hot?''
''I'd die without you.''
To Do List
I must complete the many fanfics I have started to write and then got stuck with and have pushed it aside for what I realise has been a long time :/
I must find an original idea for a new Wicked story.
I must write more fanfics on other pairings, rather than writing Gelphie all the time. As much fun as it is.
I must finish reading all the many books I have been meaning to read.
I must go to see Wicked a lot more, for research on my fanfics of course :p
