Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter, and Sherlock.
Okay, can I just say: If you flame me (especially anonymously), all I'll do is laugh hysterically. So please, if that's your thing - go for it.
Things I like:
-Well written, well thought out stories.
-At least an attempt at grammar.
Things I don't like:
-Total OOC without warning.
-Complete disregard for the English language. I'm not a grammar Nazi, but those squiggly lines under your words mean something. Pay attention to them.
-Auto-correct trying to remove my Us, and turn my Ss into Zs. Bugger. Off.
-Check out TV Tropes website. It's gold.
-If you're under the age of 16, it may be a good idea to get someone to read your writing before posting it. I'm not saying that under 16s can't write, but the stories are usually full of so many cliches, it hurts to read them.
-The above goes for everyone, actually - minimise cliches. Please...actually, I need to take my own advice...
-If in doubt, JFGI. Seriously.
The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in the mind at the same time, and still retain the ability to function.
