BIG UPDATE!!

So, contrary to popular belief I am alive and will soon be updating and finishing "Into the Rush"

My original fiction is taking off and I've been gathering up the courage to finally send in my work to a few publishing houses and agents now that I've been doing my research. I'm also in collaboration with Freya Ishtar and the TheSorrowfulVampress on a collection of original stories that will be up on the internet in select places and hopefully in the hands of a publisher one day.

IMPORTANT:

I really enjoy writing fanfiction. Always have and always will. Even when I was younger I made up stories that went along with the movies, shows, and books I liked. I got into fanfiction fairly late in the game but have enjoyed the time spent here. Be it Sailor Moon and the unpublished, but still largest and proudest project,"Lexy Chronicles" or my current love of Xiaolin Showdown fanfiction has really helped me to grow as a writer. Since I was in the 7th grade and realized that I wanted to be a writer it was all I dreamed about. I love to write fiction and have always wanted to write books people would love, like the books that were so important to me growing up.

That being said I've come to a time where fanfiction needs to take a back burner. Frankly it should have happened a long time ago but I'm finally putting my foot down. Come New Years fanfiction will officially (sadly) be a second priority. I hope, but will not promise to have the majority of stories written, but not published, at that point in time so I can keep updates some what frequent. I really want to write professionally and fanfiction has become an excuse for me not to pursue it due to my desire to please the readers here.

So to sum up, come the end of the holiday season, right after New Years, I will be focusing on my original fiction more than fanfiction. Its easier said then done so your support and understand in appreciated.

-I'm done with school (at the moment)
-I'm currently living in Tampa, Fl but planning a move to NYC very soon (just need a job and an apartment)
-I lived in Tokyo for three months and sometimes wonder if I should have gone back

I love horses (taking a break from competition cause I'm broke-financially and physically- and need some healing time), history, reading, writing, and dance (though I throughly suck at it!)

My banner name. Due to the fact that I did not set up my Youtube account (Bittersweet2525- see homepage) a friend signed me up with my hated nickname (they do it out of love though not malice so I put up with it) not knowing that I usually go by Common Knowledge. There was some confusion there so now my vids are labeled as CKW (CommonKnowledgeWorks). In fact, all my work is, though now thats only fanfiction and videos but if I ever get a working scanner so will my art work.
