Author has written 10 stories for Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Hobbit, and Stargate: SG-1.
I started writing fanfiction in junior high and for some reason continue to do so, even though I'm *coughcoughmuttermutter* years old. Oh, well. Some things in life we do just because we want to. Now, as I have no intention of telling you anything about me, here's what you should know about my stories:
"A Real Home": This does not have an ending. I lost several chapters and the will to continue a couple of years ago, but as it was only ever a Harry-Sirius fluff piece anyway, I don't feel too badly. I have cleaned it up and labeled it complete, because it's as close as it's going to get. Any continuation would involve unnecessary drama and likely a migraine.
"The Reader": If I'm allowed to be proud of any piece of fanfiction, this is it. It is my crowning glory in the fanfiction world and likely my greatest literary achievement. That said, I wrote it in haste during a very topsy-turvy summer, and there is cleanup work to be done. I am going through the process of editing the chapters, and while I will not be changing any of the substance of the story, it will look significantly better in a month or two.
"Peter Jackson Has Ruined Everything": As I state in my disclaimer, I have no major issues with The Hobbit Trilogy, but a lot of people do. After reading too many negative comments and having too much time to daydream, I came up with a way to make myself laugh at all the drama surrounding the changes and additions, and this is it.
"Stargate: Generations": Completed! Warning: This story is meant to be taken in context with the show, so please keep that in mind while reading. I will try to mention where each chapter falls to make things easier. And yes, I'll get to vacuuming the typo bunnies eventually.
"Dreams and Sacrifices": This was the first fanfiction to ever pop into my tiny, overwhelmed-by-how-awesome-The-Lord-of-the-Rings-is head. It is flawed, but I was twelveish and make no apologies. I've kept it up with the intent to finish it one day because it has a warm, cozy place in my heart, and throwing it away would be a disservice to my twelve-year old self. However, I don't want to keep it up when my intentions of finishing it have essentially been shelved.
I welcome prompts. If you want me to write about something, suggest it! If I am a fan of that particular category, I solemnly swear to give it serious thought.
While I will still be editing my stories, I'm taking a break from writing fanfiction to hopefully complete something original. Wish me luck!
