Author has written 12 stories for Yu-Gi-Oh GX, Sonic the Hedgehog, Inuyasha, Fruits Basket, Yami no Matsuei, Loveless, and Code Geass.
I'm Persephone1 (pronounced Per-Sef-un-ee, in case you were wondering).
For all of you that might be wondering about the origin of my name, here's the very abridged story of Persephone:
In Greek mythology, Persephone was the daughter of Demeter, the goddess of the harvest. One day, Persephone was out picking flowers with some nymphs when she was kidnapped by Hades, god of the Underworld. There he held Persephone captive, forcing her to become his bride. Demeter was so sad that her daughter was missing that she stopped everything from growing, until finally Zeus intervened. Hades agreed to give Persephone back, as long as she didn't eat or drink anything while in the Underworld. However, he left some pomegranates out for Persephone to find, and the girl ended up eating a few seeds. In the end, Persephone returned to her mother, but for each seed she ate, she had to stay the same number of months in the Underworld every year. And each time she leaves Demeter's side, the goddess once again becomes depressed and stops everything from growing. This story is how the Greeks explained the change of the seasons.
Now on to more important things...
I can't even tell you how much I love fanfiction. I've been a lurker on this site for years before ever actually attempting to write anything of my own. But writing is my passion, and I can be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my work. Therefore you can expect me to edit it regularly.
My other great love is anime. In fact, you could pretty much call it an obsession. I love cartoons in general, but the Japanese ones are closest to my heart (these days, cartoons I've been seeing from America suck big time). I know it might be a little odd to care so much about fictional characters, but they're real to me, and that's all that matters. I hope my passion for the characters reflects in my writing.
I also have a Livejournal account, so if you're not busy please go to my homepage link and check it out! There you will be able to find story updates and the occasional drabbles I don't feel like posting here.
However, since LJ is pretty much dead by this point (I still post updates there, but no one's home), my tumblr is also an option.
Everything I've written before 2009 is essentially crap (I was young, inexperienced and I didn't know any better). The 2009 stuff is goes back and forth between crap and mediocre, I'd say, and even some of the 2010 fics could at least use some revision. I'm not going to delete anything, since one person's crap is another person's treasure (which is the only justification I can see as to why the Twilight books are so successful), but I'm just saying that they're not very good. I hope that reading them doesn't prevent you from reading my newer works. I'm a lot better writer now, I promise! It's worth your time.
In the last chapter of my story Just This Once, I asked for people to draw a picture of Yuki in his rat pajamas (you have to read the story to know what I'm talking about). Here are the links to the wonderful people who responded. Check them out!

Love Hate and Everything in Between: I've grown up so much since then, have absolutely no interest in the Sonic fandom anymore, and I highly doubt that I'll ever return to it. I'm sorry to any of my readers out there!

Living for a Better Yesterday: This is one story that I still want to complete some day. I still like the story concept, and Yami no Matsuei was one of my first slash fandoms, so it's still close to my heart. I may delete the whole thing and start over at some point though. It's been far too long, and I've changed too much for me to go off what I left behind.
Chains of Fantasia: Actually, LawliPOp and I are way ahead chapter-wise, so updates should be fairly frequent.
