One of the original Trekkies. Watched the Original Series during its first run.

One of the original Trekkies. Watched the Original Series during its first run.
Followed Next Gen, DS9 and Voyager. Could not stomach Enterprise...

Have since fallen for Star Trek Picard and Star Trek Strange New Worlds

Only moderately interested in the new movies. Sorry, no substitues for the real Kirk, Spock, Uhura, Sulu, Checkov, Scotty and Bones.

In the 1980's discovered Dr. Who (Tom Baker) on public TV, and have followed the Doctor ever since.
Enjoying the new Doctor as much as I enjoyed Star Trek TNG, at least up to Matt Smith. He was ok, but David Tennant was great.

In the 1990's helped to form a Sci-Fi Club in my home town of University Park, IL. The club, named Imaginaires, disbanded as people moved away.

t was here that I became a convention-attending fan. I bought a couple of uniforms (TNG and Voyager style) and attended numerous conventions where I met and got autographed photos from:

Nichelle Nichols
Marina Sirtis
James Doohan
Tom Baker
Jon Pertwee
Jeri Ryan
Mary Tamm
Paul Darrow
Armin Shimmerman
Micheal Dorn
Terry Farrell
Garry Lockwood
Peter Davidson

In 2008, I met my first real astronaut, Space Shuttle Astronaut Joan Higgenbotham, and in July, 2009, I met and shook hands with "Buzz" Aldrin!

I write fan fiction occasionally, when I have the time and when the muse hits me. So don't expect a lot!

My first sci-fi novel, The Chronocar- An Urban Adventure in Time was released July 7,2015 and has won three awards

My other novels: Edge of Perception - A Paranormal Science Fiction Love Story:

e-Pocalypse - The Digital Dystopia is Coming:

Time Waits for No One - The Chronocar Chronicles
