Let's see...I'm a twenty-three-year-old graduate student who has now been in school for nineteen years straight. When I finally graduate, I plan on teaching English around the world for a few years before heading back to the States.
Couple things about me: I love reading, writing, dancing, and playing my roommate's ukulele. I also love to watch Chuck, Psych, Star Wars, and Stargate SG-1.
If anyone's wondering, my pen name comes from the fact that I was born in a fairly small town of about 2,000. I was raised on 20 acres about 5 miles outside of town with just a few chickens, goats, and cows. I'm not sure "pixie" applies to me since I'm 5'8, but all of my other choices were taken. Actually, now that I think about it, "country" doesn't really apply to me anymore either; I've lived in a city for the last five years and found that I rather like it. Oh, well. I still sleep at night, so having an erroneous pen name must not be too horrible.

Store it with ideas, teach it the pleasure of thinking; and the temptations of the world without, will be counteracted by the gratifications derived from the world within. - Ann Radcliffe
Authorship is a mania, to conquer which no reasons are sufficiently strong; and you might as easily persuade me not to love, as I persuade you not to write. - Matthew Lewis
Literature is a luxury; fiction is a necessity. - G.K. Chesterton
They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who only dream by night. - Edgar Allan Poe
The universe is vast, and we are so small. In the end, there is only one thing we can truly control...Whether we are good, or evil. - "Meridian"
Everyone is a bore to someone. That is unimportant. The thing to avoid is being a bore to onself. - Gerald Brenan
I saw a very small girl walking up a hill and carrying an infant boy on her shoulders and said to her, "This boy is too heavy for you." "Not at all," replied the girl, "he's my brother." - Anonymous
