About my stories
Raindrops (2007) - Prince of Tennis AU
This is my very first fanfiction, so please do excuse all the fluff and love (and all the other things that make the world go round) in this particular story. Raindrops was written during a time in my life wherein I was crazy over Prince of Tennis and when I still believed in a love-conquers-all philosophy, hence the overly-dramatic sequences that made up most of my story line. But still, even though my writing and my life opinions have changed a lot over the years, I'm still very proud of this little baby, because it is, after all, my first completed work.
Damage (2009) - BLEACH AU
Well, I couldn't really blame myself for trying to write something like this, because, well, we're always compelled to write a high school AU story at some point during our fanfiction writing careers, yeah? This was supposed to be experimental, but surprisingly turned out to be really well-received by readers (to the point that people were messaging me to update as soon as they finished reading a newly-posted chapter). It's actually my most popular story to-date, which was, sadly, put into hiatus a couple of years ago because I was diagnosed with clinical depression and had to undergo treatment for some time. When I finally got back on my feet, I realized that my highschool AU muse had left me, which was why I left this hanging. Though I'm still considering wrapping it up with a few more chapters (since the ending is still stuck in my head all these years), I may not be doing it any time soon.
Firelight (2011) - Tomb Raider
I actually wrote this a couple of years before I published it, soon after the release of Tomb Raider: Legend (back in 2007), but didn't really get the chance to post it because I wasn't quite satisfied with it that time. I discovered this little piece of treasure while I was cleaning up my e-mail and decided to revise it. This particular work was quite the challenge to re-do because it was written from a male POV -- something which I hadn't quite mastered until Firelight -- and needed a lot of research to give it a back bone of sorts.
From Yesterday (2013) - League of Legends
League of Legends will always have a special place in my heart, because this game was where I met my boyfriend. (Yeah, so much for a social life, huh?) I used to play a lot of LoL back in 2012 and just fell in love with the universe, the lore, the champions. Then after I met my guy, I decided to go into hiatus, but still wanted to show my support for the League by writing a fanfiction. I've always had this love for romance between totally contrasting individuals, which was how I chose my lead man and woman. This was put into temporary hiatus until after my graduation, so I can focus more on my internship and formal studies.
Goodbye (2014) - Rise of the Guardians/Frozen
This was a little plot bunny running around my head for a few weeks after watching Frozen and accidentally re-watching ROTG. And then I thought, "Hey, these two look great together! I'm gonna write a story about them!" So I went to FFNet and found out that around 700 or so authors though so, too. But, yeah, I just had to get it out of my system before my muse would go on vacation.
