This story is set at the end of season 4. Brennan had asked Booth for his sperm but there is no tumor in this storyline to keep them from going through with their plan. So let's see how this works out.

This is my way to deal with the Hannah storyline. I think they should have addressed it in the show. In my story Hannah comes back after 3,5 years to win back Booth.
