Author has written 2 stories for One Tree Hill.
To anyone still reading...you are amazing. Thank you thank you THANK YOU for showing my stories love, it fires my muse up every time I get a review after so many years of being dormant.
I'll keep this brief -
Yes, I am still going to finish these stories. No, I haven't forgotten about them, or left FFNet, despite my intentions so many years ago. To update, I listened to the reviews from the first few chapters of the reboot I'd attempted years back, and have decided to scratch that reboot. I am, instead, refocusing on the core of the original story, and fleshing out the original story line so it flows better. I'm about six chapters in, and have already added several more pages and even a couple new chapters.
However, I will be holding off on posting again until the entire project is finished, for In A Time of Need. I will be returning the original Need to its first version, and then posting the fleshed out version as a new story in its entirety once done. After that, I'll focus on Future and finish that up.
I welcome and encourage any and all thoughts on the original story, thank you again for sticking with me, I promise it'll be worth it.
In A Time Of Need - In the four years since graduation, Brooke's tried to move on, and her friends want to respect that. But when the tables are turned and he's the one who needs saving, and she's the only one who can, Brooke has to dig deep, and save them both. This would be my first ever story posted to FF.net, and consequently my longest. It's also probably the most butchered, as I'm fairly certain I lost my plot bunny a little more than halfway through. I'm currently in rewrite on this story, so hopefully it'll come out a little more cohesive than when I first wrote it.
She Never Could Predict the Future - Six years and a lifetime of change later, Brooke's happy but alone. Trust Rachel to know how to fix that little problem. Trust Lucas to know how to turn Brooke's world upside down. Now it's up to Brooke to trust herself. I'm in love with this one. By far, my favorite, and the easiest for me to continue. I've put it on hold though until I finish Need, so for now, it's stuck where it's at. :(
