![]() Author has written 1 story for How to Train Your Dragon. Summary of My Little Hiccup: Toothless grew up on Dragon Island serving the Red Death and raising his little sibling. In hindsight, it was obvious he wasn't a good caretaker. He fumbled hard one day, and one thing led to the other, and the result was that Hiccup was now away from the Nest, alone, without any sense or knowledge of the world outside. Also, without any survival skills whatsoever. I have two different versions of this. The original one, that I wrote from TheNaturalLlama3's 'Promise to the Skies' had a lot of plot holes and things that could not be explained with any logic. I think I'll write both of the versions, the original and the revised one. The revised version is different right from the start, though it mostly follows the same core themes and plot I had in mind for the first one. Eh, who said writing was easy. Interesting dragons : 4ft11 has an interesting dragon - the flightless Mist Runner. Night Furies, Light Furies Dragons with Unique designs. Recommended Fanfiction Parallel Universes : 1. 'I Hear Him Scream' by Rift-Raft. I like it because, you know, magic. And because its a transformation fanfiction. 2. 'Echoed Songs' sequel to 'IHHS'. Continuation of the first book, it depicts how Hiccup copes with the loss of his dragon form, to lose his ability to fly, bringing him into near depression. It also portrays how Hiccup deals with the problems without his magic. 3. 'Another Nightmare' series by Stig92. Diverting away from the original movie, they show us an alternate plot where Hiccup seemingly gets the power of mind linking and control over the dragon's mind. Not defeating the Queen like they generally do in most fanfictions, they instead fled away from her range of control, only to make enemies with the dragon hunters. 4. 'The Mist and the Brave One', 'The Viking and the Dragon', and 'The Riders and the Outcasts' written by 4ft11 and handed down to NijuuHachi, they portray an alternate universe where the Hiccup is a girl, is a dragon and loves Toothless in a more-than-just-friends way. But what makes it different from the other Toothcup stories? Well because their relationship is based on trust and understanding, not on close intimacy or in any sexual way. Huh, if only I can know when NijuuHachi is publishing a new chapter. Because the series does have great potential. I mean it. 5. 'Brothers of Night', and 'Children of Dawn' by Toothlessgolfer, are part of unique themed fanfic that really intrigued me in a deeply emotional way. Hiccup, severely wounded in the battle on the Red Death's layer is saved by Toothless by a mysterious magical force. But our favourite Viking does not go down so easily. He battles through hardships and fights where he is unable to do anything to move forward. Even in his failed mission of bringing the dragons and humans closer, he only thinks of it as a fall-from-the-sky-during-an-attempt-to-fly. As we all know, the harder he falls, the more determined he becomes to get back up. |
