![]() Author has written 7 stories for Avengers, Lord of the Rings, Thor, and Frankenstein. Welcome to my profile! NAME CHANGE My name is Kristin Khadija Mahmoud. It was Benidir and well, stuff happens. I am a lot happier now. I have a blog at I have a single "one-shot" completed. It is a "Lord of the Rings" piece about love and how it can shape our lives, or rather, the characters in the story. It is called "The Greatest Love" "Snowdrop" a "Frankenstein" story. I really love the creature and I love Luke Goss' portrayal of the creature in Hallmark's adaptation. Also in the works in an "Avengers/Thor" category called "The Slave". I wrote this because I wanted a Chitauri torture story with Loki where he isn't always suffering. This story is meant to show that we can overcome any obstacles in life if we have faith in ourselves and the courage to stand up for ourselves and others. I'm very proud of my heroine, Neris, she has shown me so much strength and bravery and has proven that women can do so much. She is meant for everyone and I try to have her act the way I would act, or as most others would act, in certain situations. My other stories: "Unexpected" is a sort of satirical piece about the desire to get pregnant and the desperation that is put on women when there is so much pressure to have husband and family by a particular point in time. Our heroine takes a gift from Loki of all people and uses it to get pregnant after many failed attempts. Loki had expected it to be a miscarriage and not a healthy baby girl whom he is now responsible for. This is the aftermath of "Avengers" and contains a subplot. I do not write pure mush or smut. This one is more adult-oriented but not as intense as "The Slave". Based on responses, when I am done with "The Slave" I will resume this story. Finally, "A Binding Connection" this is early teens and up. The heroine (Her name will change) has powers that are geared towards mechanics. She is able to hear the humming or workings of any and all machines. She works for S.H.I.E.L.D. but develops a rather peculiar interest in Loki. She is taken with Loki immediately, but if he ever feels the same will be a question you will have to wait to get answered. A little bit about me: I love to write, and I have been writing for years. I am an aspiring writer and use fanfiction as a means of practicing outside of my own and original work. I started writing as a way to cope with my mother's illness and subsequent death in my early teen years. I work a lot and I am happily married, so sometimes my writing takes a back seat, but it is still ever-present. Please follow me on www.twitter.com @khadijabenidir to get updates about my novel or to read about my somewhat boring life. :) find me on under the url: lokiofmiddleearth Also, I am a huge fan of Tolkien, he was a brilliant author. Please comment and review my work, it is the only criticism I am receiving right now since my novel is not being viewed except by a small handful of people at the moment. Thanks! K.M. Mahmoud |
