My name is Red. Really, unless you know me in real life, that's all you need to know. I'm an avid reader, and an aspiring writer, though I dont know where that fits in to my Plan just yet. Were I to write something (and I did have a novel in the pile-of-bones-to-make-a-skeleton stage, before my laptop died) it would probably be fantasy, and my own work rather than fanfic - not that I think there's anything wrong with fanfic, or i wouldn't be here. Sorry, slight tangent. "I promise to review (kindly) every fanfic I read whether it be fantastic, useless, or anywhere in between. I make this pledge because I know how frustrating it is for an author to have hundreds (or thousands) of hits and only a handful of reviews." A promise that I truly connected with from one of my favourite authors I've read from to date. I've been reading or been read to since I was about 2 and have loved every second. I've been reading fanfic since I was about 11 and have loved that, if possible, even more. my number one fic rec would be the Dangerverse series, by lomonaaren, Harry Crow, by Robst, A Brother To Basilisks, and The Accidental Animagus. All incredible longfics, beautifully written and brilliant authors, so I would suggest checking out their other fics as well - I have!
