June 27, 2012- I now have a tumblr, for which I will probably update people on the progress of my fics. Oh, and I'll get back to my fics now. Your patience shall be rewarded, you few people whom actually consider my unworthy ass talented.
October 8, 2011- I'm currently working on a Katekyo Hitman Reborn!/Pokemon sort-of crossover. It's based on the Unova region games, Pokemon Black and White. The only characters from the series involved will be actual Pokemon, so I'm not really sure how much it constitutes as an actual crossover...
Here's the info for it:
Fandoms I Regularly Visit and Contemplate Writing For: Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Naruto, Pokemon, Labyrinth, Skip Beat!
Headcanons (In Progress):
Uzumaki Naruto was born with ADHD, specifically the hyperactive type. It explains a hell of a lot about Naruto's struggles with learning (aside from everyone just straight-up not giving a shit) and his shitty impulse control. The guy's always on the go, even as he gets older, and it's weird how he struggles with both that and dealing with quieter activities. A kid that's been alone all his life might not necessarily be the cheeriest kid, but he'd definitely have learned to deal with kind of stuff after a while. And I refuse to attribute this to him housing a fuck ton of chakra, because even Bee, while possibly the most bizarre person ever, never seemed to have the issues Naruto did. Hence, this belief.
(I'm stating this because Genius!Naruto drives me up the wall. Naruto's been stated in canon to actually have a pretty good head on his shoulders, he just literally can not understand fundamentals when explained in normal terms. His brain doesn't function that way. So, Genius!Naruto isn't just completely out of character, it's completely unnecessary.)
P. S. Naruto's a bisexual panromantic. This needs no explaining. Actually, all the Jinchuuriki are panromantic, though sexuality varies.
Edea Lee doesn't see Alternis as a brother. Her parents do see him as a son, and she does consider him part of the family, but there's never been a sibling bond between the two of them. Part of this is due to him deferring to and staying by her father during most of the time they grew up, and part of it is just that while they did in fact grow up together, they didn't really know each other. It's a distant fondness, like one you have for an online friend or one you've grown apart from: you know of each other, you keep tabs on one another, and you would be devastated if something happened to the other–but in the end, you can't really say that the two of you are exceptionally close.
In essence, Alternis is part of the family like Kamiizumi is part of it; there's no specific role they fit into, but they're too intertwined to be anything less than family. However, Ringabel gave her the opportunity to be a friend before a family member. Without duty and third parties influencing their dynamic, they were able to learn each other as individuals, so they're much closer than Alternis and Edea ever were, though they never consider each other family until after everything comes to light.
