So, guys, how's it been?

I've been writing for 15 years now, and while it's done wonders for my Harry Potter trivia skills, it's had a detrimental effect on my social life, and my mental health. I put all the blame on myself - trying to turn it into a job while working full-time, actual physical health problems that I ignored because I'm stingy with money (I live in America), and procrastinating in my work with no endgame in mind. That's on me. My bad.

So, I'm leaving for a while. Not quitting altogether. You may see me on forums, facebook groups, in my discord (and others), and I'll maybe post a one-shot or two that I've kept locked on my Pat/r/eon. (Also, I'm shutting down the orange paywall. I'm no longer destitute, so I can let it go.)

If I do write a story, I'll try to do it stargatesg1fan1-style, have the whole story completed before the first chapter is posted. That's the dream, isn't it?

All stories are up for adoption. Send me a link, maybe I'll read/review it. I truly do intend to continue most of my stories, but in the tragic(?) case that I don't, I look forward to you adopting my stories and compounding upon them. I might even send you some of my own ;)

I hope that rsfics dot com continues to be active for many years to come. I've seen too many fansites fall by the wayside and I prefer access to my uncensored stories, and a place for others to post their own.

A Very Swan-Mills Christmas has been completed, and completely released. Since you're reading this, I should reward you with the news of one more secret chapter, coming eventually. But after that, I'm stepping away for a while. I'll still write, but no guarantees on posting it anytime soon.
