I saw the following quote accredited to Professor Brian Cox and thought it applied perfectly to fan fiction too.

I shall try and remember this the next time I receive a foul and abusive message telling me that a certain fictional character would never act the way I just wrote them, therefore I must be insane, stupid, shot at dawn, etc. etc. etc...
Yes, I'm still here and there is still no update for Coward's Grave. The writing/directing project I'm working on has me insanely busy and leaving no time for writing anything else. When sitting down to work on the chapter, my thoughts continually drift to my other project. I've said many times I can only write what's in my head and, at the moment, that's not Coward's Grave. This is not writer's block, since I know exactly where the story is going. It's simply the project I'm working on consuming all my time and creative juices.
