Author has written 9 stories for Repo! The Genetic Opera, Futurama, Inception, Warrior, 2011, Harry Potter, and Spartacus: Blood and Sand.
As a writer on fanfiction, I'll frequently submit something that I'll only see later, when it's either been flamed or avoided, that I've embarassed myself and have to withdraw the chapter for an overhaul. That is a fault I will try to improve, so please, if you think my writing is anywhere near worthwhile, be patient with me. Just so you know, yes, I'm the kind of writer than needs actual, tangible feedback.
I'm also a little whore for reviews, and try to leave them for other stories as often as I can, so if I add something to my favorite stories list, I can let the author know WHY I put it there and what it so damn awesome about it.
My writing style's simplistic, but any style that is honestly written and enjoyable to read is a good story, and one I'll gladly read.
My big loves include literature, theatre, film, and visual art (mostly within the realm of drawing and painting.) Other things I love: good blogs and web cartoons (along the veins of Hyperbole and a Half, The Oatmeal, and Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal) cartoons and animated films, classical studies, and music.
Some pairings I am partial to: Zosan (One Piece), Frobin (One Piece), Sterek (Teen Wolf), Boyd/Erica (Teen Wolf) (back in season two when that was still a possibility), Scallison (Teen Wolf).
OTPs: Destiel (Supernatural), Zoe/Wash (Firefly and Serenity) Gallavich (Shameless) and Ruth/Idgie (Fried Green Tomatoes.)
OTP to end all OTPs: Nagron (Spartacus.)

I'm queer, I support same-sex marriage, and was happy as a clam when same-sex marriage was made legal in D.C. and Maryland, where I was born and raised and currently live.
And just putting it out there: to modern artists who believe painting is dead and passe: You are wrong. Painting is timeless.
One other thing: The woman in my avatar is the silent film actress Janet Gaynor. I picture Jane from my fic Fear and Loss, Breaking and Healing to look pretty much exactly like her, only around 5"7 as opposed to 5"0, without the cleft chin and with a dark, short pixie haircut. Basically a young Janet Gaynor with a little Audrey Tautou.
