Hey there! I'm Phlames, or Phoenix if you prefer. I am an avid bibliophile, particularly within the fantasy genre, though I also love adventure and romance. My pronouns are she/her, although I don't mind non-binary terms in the least. Fun fact about me: I just realized I've been wanting to write fanfiction since fourth grade, after I read a book and wished there was more. I think that I actually had how it would all go planned in my head. If you're interested, the book was The Castle Corona. It's pretty good, but nothing mind-blowing, really.

Some of my favorite books are: Harry Potter, Wings of Fire, Keeper of the Lost Cities, Dragon Slippers, The Land of Stories, Tuesdays at the Castle, The School for Good and Evil, The Sisters Grimm, Hunger Games, Gregor the Overlander, A Mango-Shaped Space, The Miscalculations of Lightning Girl, The Dragon With a Chocolate Heart, Cinder, The Goose Girl, and many, many more. I'm also re-starting Warriors; I read the Fireheart arc and then promptly began having trouble with the order, and then finding the correct book, so I ended up giving up. My library also has the first book of the second arc, but by the time I managed to figure out which book it was and ask thsy employees about it, it had been out for a month or so, which is why I was havig so much trouble.

Shows/Anime: Miraculous Ladybug, Shugo Chara, Food Wars(although I wish they would change the weird scenes bc i hate those parts. If you've seen it, you know exactly what I'm talking about.), Avatar The Last Airbender, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K, Boku No Hero Acadamia, The Dragon Prince, 7Seeds, Bofuri: I don't want to get hurt, so I'll max out my defense! and more. Also, there's going to be a Wings of Fire animated TV show! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Movies: Kimi No Na Wa, Mirror Mirror, Spies In Disguise, Atlantis, The Mitchells vrs The Machines, Harry Potter, etc. There's also going to be a SGE MOVIE!!!!!!

Music: mostly pop, but a bit of everything really, except the kitchen sink. Some recent favorites include: Freaks, Freak(They're different), If I Killed Someone For You, Castle, Open Up Your Eyes, Thnks fr th Mmrs, Cradles, R U Crazy, Rise, La Da Dee, Higher, Born for This, Shatter Me, Yummy,(the one by Danny Gonzalez, not Beiber) I Am Falling For You, and More(It's actually a song, and theres a really good WOF map, look it up on Youtube)

Webtoons: Refund High School, The Remarried Empress, The Makeup Remover, Spellward Bound, Boyfriend of the Dead, Twin Dragons, Space Boy, Fictional Skin, Cursed Princess Club. ZomCom, Safley Endangered, Gourmet Hound, and I just discovered the pure beauty that is Castle Swimmer, soooooooo... three moons why didn't I read this before!?!?!

I have only just plsted my first Fanfiction, but I actually have three oneshot fics written and just about ready to upload. Most of it will likely be for Miraculous Ladybug, but I've got some bnha ideas, and a few WoF ideas I may explore.

And now, for the breakdown of some of these listed.(mostly just the books and shows) I just wanted to note somthing here- I am not try to harass, degrade, or otherwise insult people with differing opinions or ships than me. You're free to beleive what you believe, or like what you like. Sometimes I genuinely don't like a ship, whereas others love it. Please keep this in mind!

Miraculous Ladybug:

Of the love square, I like Adrientte the best. After that comes Marichat, Ladynoir, and then Ladrien.

I like Adrienette because they're the cutest in my opinion. Sure, Adrien is half the reason blondes are stereotyped to be dumb, and yes, Mari is a little too obssesed, but that's alright. They're teenagers, after all. And the only reason that Mari hasn't realized she's toeing the line is because she's in a children's show with non-sequential episodes, which leads to no long-standing character development. But the ship itself is quite cute, and I like to see their soft, non-hero sides coming together.

Marichat has a lot of adorable potential, honestly, which is why it's second on my list. Marinette's confident, sassy side has a chance to shine through, and Chat has a friend he can go to in order to escape expections or responsibilities from his life or the aukumas. I would love to see them bonding, and they're very cute! The only thing I don't like about this ship is writing it and trying to manage keeping their feirce personalities while creating a soft, cute slow-burn romance.

And while Ladynoir flirting is cute, being around Ladybug can sometimes bring out the worst in Chat. Just look at Glaciator! I love my beans very much, but Chat can get kind of pushy or possesive of Ladybug. Maybe it's because he's the Black Cat? But either way, he needs to tone it down before it hits full-on harrasment.

Finally, Ladrien. I know some fans like this ship becuase it's exactly what the characters want, but in my opinion, it's mediocre at best. First and foremost, we've seen almost none of it- there are rarely occasions in which Ladybug is out at the same time as Adrien. Secondly, Marinette has a busy life filled with things she enjoys, so being a hero is often a duty to finish quickly. Therefore, she's almost never out unless nessisary, in which case Chat would be out too.(Marichat has potential because Chat has a home life he needs breaks from, and therefore would stay out longer.) Finally, Marinette has too great a sense of responsibility to transform just to go see her boyfriend, whereas Chat happily would. All in all, I dont think it would work well.

As for the rest of the ships(In no particular order), here they are: DJWifi, Cheesecake, Heartrate(Alix x Kim), Chlonath but also Marcaniel and Luchlóe ahhhhhh, Myvan, Julerose but also Rosali double ahhhhhhh, and Gabenath.

Moving past ships, I just have to say that I HATE LILA WITH THE PASSION OF A THOUSAND FLAMING STARS AND SHE SHOULD GO CHOKE ON A BREADSTICK!!!!! ...sorry. But yeah, I really don't like her. I'm all for a Chloé redemption arc, but Lila is just... pure trash. I really love MDC fics, and there aren't nearly enough fics centering around the internet. The heros finding fanficition or fanart, the heros hijacking the ladyblog, streamer AUs, online chatting aus... can't get enough of them!

(WOF) Clay x Peril, Tidenami? Idk the name, WindWatcher(Moon x Qubli bc I don't like the ship name Moonbli), Indigom, Anemarin, Blicket, Willow x Sundew, GloryBringer, Turtljou, FateFlight, Skyfall, and more but Im at a loss for the ship names.

(BNHA) I just want to say here that I do not condone toxicity within this fandom. People are acting ridiculous about it all, and some people are shipping things like All Might x Deku or Nomu x Deku, and that is NOT ok. These kids are teenagers, and while I like the idea of romance, we have to understand that it won't be a large plot point and likely glossed over entirely, due to the entire plot of the show. I'm just here to note who I think might make good couples. IzuOcha, KiriBaku, KamiJiro, TodoMomo, TokoTsu(is there another name?), a more recent find(a rarepair that's surprisingly good, highly recommend) Rumi x Aizawa, and last but not least, Mineta x dying in a hole somewhere, and more!
