Yo, people!

Online I go by Kako (pronouned like Kay-ko), and I love to write and read fanfiction. Should be obvious, right? Well, my all-time favorites would probably be YYH, Inuyasha, YGO, and HP. Humor is my forte, as I hope to write for a sitcom or some other TV show some day, but lately I've been trying to broaden my scope with some drama and romance.

I am 20, and a junior in college and a proud English major and Creative Writing minor! I have a twin sister, her username is Sakura Takanouchi, so go read her fanfics if you're interested in Seto/Serenity YGO. They're actually quite good (glomps Saku). The two of us also work together sometimes in our writing, and she'll be beta-ing for me sometimes.

I write for the HG/TR-LV pairing, but I read just about anything, no restrictions. Got something you'd think I'd like? Recommend it! I won't attack you for trying to talk to me, I enjoy conversation!

My favorite pairings would probably have to be Seto/Serenity and Malik/Serenity for YGO, Naraku/Sango for IY, Ulquiorra/Orihime for Bleach, and Hermione/Tom and Hermione/Voldemort for HP. What can I say, I love my villains xD

Silentshipping's Cry for Help: A crack!-ish piece about how formulaic all romances really are. A how-to guide mixed in with a sample-fic about how to go about hooking up Seto and Serenity. (Co-written with Sakura Takanouchi--is on her profile) PARODY

Four Seasons of You and Me: ChallengeFic. 16 Different HG/TR-LV oneshots. I write for this when I have writer's block for anything else.

–My Juliet: Never accept a dance from a masked stranger, because you never know if it could be the Dark Lord in disguise.
–The Cliché Way: HG/TR Parody: "But there's no such thing as a Head common room!" "Oh, I'm sure it was discontinued in the seventies or something!"
–You Know My Name: Post-war AU: Domination is a dangerous game, and he plays it well.
–King and Queen's Gambit: Bad things happen to those who get lost in the Forbidden Forest. Hermione runs into Tom. Apparently, good things can happen, too.

A Different Kind of Gravity: When Hermione is killed during torture at Malfoy Manor, she becomes a ghost, invisible to all but her killer. In order to pass on herself, she is set with an impossible task: she must first make him experience love. HG/LV Sequel to “Just Let Me Wake Up Already”

Thorns: This is my attempt at an epic-length time travel piece. Will be the darkest thing I've ever written so far. Chronicles an obsession between Tom/LV and Hermione as he gives her magic lessons through the Room of Requirement, eventually realizing that the two are living in two separate times. As he begins to prepare for war in his time, he attempts to train her as his secret weapon and bring her to his own time.

Just Let Me Wake Up Already: When a pensieve sends Hermione back in time, she finds that she cannot leave this world of memories. Even worse, one person can see her--Tom Riddle. She decides to haunt him for all he's done to her and her friends in the future, but there's just one little problem: love. HG/TR. I consider this my masterpiece, and first ever completed fanfiction. First time I've ever written a straight-out "romance," too. If you read one work of mine, make it this one. Over 50,000 hits! AND it just celebrated its two-year anniversary! =)

Simulacrum: Written to commemorate TMR's birthday (Dec 31st). 4 interconnecting one-shots portraying our favorite Dark Lord on the brink of his transformation into Lord Voldemort.

In the finishing stages for new chapters of Thorns and Excelsior, so keep an eye open for those. I'm doing my best to write and update more frequently than I have been doing, so let's see how well that goes? xD

OLD/NEW POLL!! (xD) Cause I'd like to know what you think. It was my original intention to gear Thorns to eventually reach M-level subject matter, however I'm a little wishy-washy on how far I should go. I want to know if anyone would be offended by raising the rating or if anyone feels it doesn't need it. I have decided to just issue warnings at the beginnings of chapters where content might push the boundaries.

/On-Hiatus or discontinued stories/

I apologize to anyone who may have been interested, but everything else on my profile is most likely never going to be updated. That doesn't mean it's not good, it's just that the older stuff seems incredibly juvenile to me now. I might continue something if I really feel like it, but my time will be spent on my current fics instead.
