Author has written 2 stories for Moonlight, and Twilight.
Name: Everyone just calls me Rissy :D
Age: Getting past the teen years far too quickly. Time flies and sometimes I think it's too bad I don't have wings.
Hair Color: Dark Brown with a myriad of natural highlights.
Eye Color: Depends on the lighting. They're usually brown, but sometimes they come off as golden-ish or red. Kind of like my hair in the sunlight... xD
Orientation: Listen, I'm sure most people know that I wouldn't put this if I wasn't lesbian or something...and then you'd be half right. I'm totally digging the freedom, peace-love-and-happiness scene. I'm not going to limit myself with words like 'straight' or 'gay' or 'lesbian'. No way, I believe in equality and I believe that everyone should find happiness too. If I can find happiness with a guy, that's cool. And if I find it in a woman, damn straight I won't let such an opportunity fly by because I'm supposed to be 'straight'! Nah, I'm bisexual because that's just how I roll. Maybe some people say it's selfish. Me? I think that it doesn't matter what anyone else says; I've got every right to be whatever I want, whenever I want!
Religion: Technically, I'm supposed to be Atheist. At least that's what my mom tells me, and everyone else. Personally, I think I'm kind of 'unaligned' if you'll forgive the semi-pun. I believe in a higher power, sure. 'God' and 'Jesus' and 'Moses' and stuff? Not really. Maybe Jesus was a guy. An extraordinary, but completely human, guy. That's cool. Why not? But me? I think that religious is another boundary I don't feel like boxing myself in with. I'll just float on by as I am. Higher power, yeah I think so. Hey, when I was a kid I thought that we we're all just puppets in a big dollhouse of life (after watching a certain Pokemon episode, but hey, I still believe it sometimes and it's been a long time since then). Athiest? Not really. But I'm not jumping on the Christian/Catholic/Muslim/Hindu/Buddist/etc. bandwagon, at least not until I find some reason to really believe all that.
Politics: I don't really do politics. By now I've got to seem like a lazy person with no idea what to think, but I don't really care for politics. I believe in equality for all, tons of joy and peace on Earth. You find me some political standings that legit want to follow that road and I'm all for it. Fix the problems with world hunger? Behind you 110 percent! Equal rights for all races, sexualities, genders, religions, ages, etc? Hell yeah I'm down. Equal rights for all I say!
Favorite Movies: Titanic, P.S. I Love You, Harry Potter (isn't bad for a book-made-movie), Mulan, Lion King 1 and Lion King 2, etcc... I don't get "wow-ed" by a ton of movies. That and I'm amazingly forgetful ALL the time D:
Favorite Books: Southern Vampire Mysteries series, Mortal Instruments series, Percy Jackson series, Twilight series (off and on, depends), Where the Red Fern Grows, Tuck Everlasting, The Divide series, Trumpet of the Swan, Maximum Ride series, etc. (I'll probably add more later)
Favorite TV Shows: True Blood, Vampire Diaries, Moonlight, Doctor Who, Numb3rs, Blood Ties, etc. I actually barely watch TV. However I do love those dumb, comedy-esque channels and shows once in a while (ex. G4, VH1...) and then reality TV is hilarious to watch.
Hobbies: Reading, writing, playing Maplestory (sometimes like a fiend D: which then leaves me with no life and wayyyy too little sleep... (Example: This Saturday I played for 12+ hours straight, and at least 8+ we're all just grinding on Iron Mutae and Roids in Magatia from levels 38 to 50...P.S. - this is dork speak and also quite sad, seeing as my motivation was a level 50 wolf mount costing me 10m... D:), etc..
"Define irony: a bunch of idiots dancing around a plane to a song made famous by a band that died in a plane crash."
"Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: 'What?! You, too? Thought I was the only one.'"
"DANCE as though nobody's watching; LOVE as though you've never been hurt; SING as though nobody's listening; LIVE as though it's heaven on earth."
"I know. It's got to be that can't-eat, can't- sleep, reach-for-the-stars, over-the-fence, world-series kind of stuff, right?"
"November: a time when people write novels of questionable quality; the month where young, semi-pressured novelists would be scraping their head against a cheese grater if it could give them a decent plot; screaming in the streets about "those damn due dates!" is common & some really unfortunate people are diagnosed with all these symptoms." (
"Only when we are no longer afraid do we begin to live."
Pet Peeves: Oh god. I have a ton. Like when people can't spell or use grammar incorrectly...my friends have dubbed me the "Grammar Nazi" quite appropriately. I hate when anyone grabs my backpack and hangs on while I'm walking through the hallways. I'd just like to punch their faces right about then. Can't say why. I'm pretty anal, which I think I get from my mom, and I can be a neat freak sometimes (OCD?). I can't stand when people come up and hug me from behind anymore. I just kind of freak out, because I'm afraid that it'll either be someone I don't know, or someone I do know and I'll elbow them in the face accidentally on-purpose! And those are just a few that you can really tell I have issues with :(
Personality: I don't know. I'm kind of a black sheep in the family. Everyone else is either a scientist, politician or lawyer or something. Something scientific. And while I love science and math and stuff, I lean towards the arts and creative stuff. I'm not really left out because of that, but I feel that I don't fit in all the time. I'm more free-spirited and liberal then everyone else and I love to be exactly what I am, a huge dreamer. Can't complain though. I love who I am!
Bio: There isn't much to say. I live in the United States and am attending high school. I get relatively high grades, yet I'm down to Earth and chill. I'm not too book smart, but I don't have too much common sense at times either. I love to dream and I like being myself. People call me crazy, so what? They're just jealous they can't be as free. I love fantasy concepts, which probably explains my infatuation with vampires, even since before the huge pop-culture phenomenon. I live to share my views on what's really important in the end: achieving your dreams, being yourself, loving life and sharing it with a few amazing friends and family. Power to the dreamers! \oo/
