I am, in every sense of the word, magniloquent. My vocabulary is omni-present in my life, in writing, speech, and, yes, thought. I attempt to keep the excessive verbage to a minimum, however, sometimes the words just flow. What can I say? I'm a magniloquent scribbler.
I am a reader of a very ecclectic collection of literature, ranging from Jane Austin to T.S. Eliot to William Faulkner. Please do not ask me to name my favorite author or work, as I to this day have found the task impossible. Instead, I will say that I enjoy each author I read in their own way. Each author has something unique, be it their style, the characters they create, or simply the way they handle prose. Needless to say, I can usually appreciate the beauty in most classic and contemporary authors, yet I cannot rank one author's uniqueness above another's.
And, as is logical, I am also a writer. I tend to typically write poetry and the like, however, fanfiction has piqued my interest and I hope to explore this new world of writing. I am, however, a perfectionist when it comes to writing, so here's fair warning that updates may take some time.
As to what I will be writing when I write, it will likely be Bones fanfiction. Ever since I have begun watching the show, I have found myself in love with the characters and the plot, not to mention the glimpses into real-world applications of chemistry and anthropology. (I have always secretly loved chemistry, yet I am still no good at it. It resembles math too much.) I am just as much a "BxB shipper" as most other fans of the show and often must fight the impulse to hurl the remote control at the television.
A few random facts: I am in high school, but hopefully that doesn't influence the caliber of my work. I also love to edit, therefore I really enjoy beta-ing (if that's the verb form, I'm not quite sure.) Finally, I am a violinist. I think the violin is an incredibly beautiful instrument and I absolutely adore playing it.
That's all I can think to write about me for the moment, so, until my next update, I remain your humble scribbler.
