a teen with blue eyes and dark hair. i like singing, songwriting, playing guitar and photography. vintage fashion is love. my name is technically marianne but everyone, and i mean everyone except my parents and other family,call me maz. i live in england which is beautiful, and my biggest ambition is to be a singer-songwriter. music is life; taylor swift, paramore, youmeatsix, pixie lott, florence and the machine, dixie chicks, rascal flatts, jason mraz and many more are some of my favourites. tim minchin, the australian comedian/musician is one of the best celebrities ever.

my favourite book series... house of night and the clique. i'm also a fan of twilight but i hate the film. :) i also like big woo by susie day, and many more. sugar, bliss, teen vogue and seventeen are my favourite magazines. the best tv shows are ugly betty, skins and xfactor, and i love those cheesy-but-awesome movies like aquamarine and camp rock, also josie and the pussycats is an awesome film. and st trinians, i will never get over how cool that film is. :)

you might know me as SiLVER LiGHTS, but i'm so much different now to how i was back then, so i changed my name and i'm revamping my profile page. i'm less hyper and more mature now, and go to alot of festivals and gigs. some people call me a hippie but i don't think this is true really.
