Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter.
Hey Everyone, my name is Emily.
Hmmm, lets see, somethings about me:
I am a college student,
Caffeine and I really don't mix, (just ask my friends.)
My favorite colors are? Purple, green, blue.
My Pottermore username and house? HeartFlame105, Ravenclaw. Yes, I'm odd enough to put this in.
I can be random at the best of times,
I am blind,
I've got a good sense of humor, mainly because I've had too many people make fun of me, (look at previous line)
I love to laugh,
I love to write, (duh) or I wouldn't be writing.
O, and by the way, for all of those of you that care, I do actually have a Twitter account which is the same as my username on here.
Ok, can't think of anything else, my brain is fried...
Have a good morning/afternoon/evening!
Hi to all who are reading this. I would like to tell you that I am going to abandon The Unexpected Twist, but don't fear, I will continue with Sometimes the Blind See Things the Sighted Cannot. I have re-edited chapter 1 of this story, and have 3500ish words written of chapter 5, which hasn't changed in the month, much to my dismay. The device I use to write this story has been breaking for a couple of years now, and I was lucky to get off the 3500 words of chapter 5 I have already written so far because the device has decided it doesn't want to turn on, until now. This story is literally haunting me, so don't worry about me abandoning this one as well.
Because I have made everyone wait a little longer than I had planned, here is around a 150 word excerpt from chapter 5.
Note: This is one of Harry's dreams.
He was back in his cupboard at the Dursley's still being punished for setting that Boa Constrictor on his cousin. His stomach was still in a considerable amount of pain. He looked down and saw his stomach stitching itself back together, and sitting beside him was the huge spider that ate its way out. Harry screamed as the spider scurried up his arm, and used one of its many legs to quiet him.
"Don't worry little Potter, I won't hurt you," it said in it's bone chilling voice. Harry wriggled violently for a few minutes and then stopped because he realized that it was doing no good. The spider scuttled back down his arm and wrested beside him once more. "Now that I have your attention little one," the spider said with what Harry thought was a smile in its voice, "I can show you why I'm here," it chuckled horribly.
Take a look at this, it's the Ohio State School for the Blind's marching band doing script braille Ohio. They are the only fully functional blind marching band in the world.
Have a great day!
