 Author has written 9 stories for Anne of Green Gables series, and Emily of New Moon series. Hello, so nice that you dropped to see my profile! My penname comes from of two things; is firstly a homage to Russian-Jewish lesbian poet Sophia Parnok (Parnakh) (1885-1933) who wrote openly lesbian love lyrics in the cultural mileau of her era, her work is utter sublimeness, and of lipsticks, that are one guilty passions of mine. I am a Finnish humanist, who when not hanging around dusty archives, is writing. Especially the works of L.M.Montgomery, are close to my heart. I love Montgomerys social irony and the play of shaded darkness that is one of the core of her works under all that joyful glimmering of various books. I dabble around poetry, and prose. Some of my interests include cultural and social history. LGTBQ themes, as well as classical music, and opera. As a such these themes are interwined in my works in this site. |
