Author has written 18 stories for Harry Potter.
Name: Kelseymetro (after the song by metro station)
About Me: Absolutely obsessed with Harry Potter, Naruto, Bleach and Avatar. Only recently discovered Fanfiction though and I am still learning.
I've written too many stories than I thought I'd ever write, but I'm still loving the feeling of reading a really nice review.
Occasionally you do get people that bitch about stories having no plot etc. But hey, I do put 'one-shot' on most of my fics where I can. Oh well, I suppose you can't please everyone.
Recently I got my ass in gear and set up a Livejournal account. Haven't actually posted any stories to date...
but I will soon :)
I'm Kelsey_metro on there though, somebody already took kelseymetro :( I was heartbroken but got over it.
I mostly write stories about Harry Potter (HD Slash ;-) ) but I'm gathering my courage to write a Naruto story soon, so watch this space.
I usually try to include atleast some plot in my stories, granted the plots are usual just background knowledge to make the story more interesting, but I've written about pretty much everything from Aurors, Healers to Bathroom encounters. The wackiest story I've probably written is probably 'Left in the Care of Magical Creatures'...a random story about an incident in CoMC. The story I most liked writing was probably Bedside Manner because I just can't get the image of Draco Malfoy as a Healer out of my head. :)
My first ever story was Survival of the Fittest. I mostly lurked around reading stories, maybe leaving a review if I was feeling generous, but one day this idea came to me. I searched for ages to see if anyone had written it yet, and then when no one had...I decided to write it myself. It uses quite a lot of J.K Rowling's inventions, but it turned out alright.
Basically I write because I enjoy it. I hope you enjoy my stories.
I always enjoy reading quotes on authors' pages so here are a few that I enjoy...
"A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort" Herm Albright
"The cure to writer's cramp is writer's block" Inigo DeLeon
"Write something to suit yourself and many people will like it; write something to suit everybody and scarcely anyone will care for it" Jesse Stuart
Read and Review...you know what to do :)
