Author has written 3 stories for Harry Potter. I'm 18, Canadian, and can cook up a mean omelet. I write fanfiction, mostly for Harry Potter. I've done stuff for Star Wars but I ain't ever posting it. I really love Ginny Weasley. I think she's a great character and contrary to whatever Reddit likes to believe, has a lot to her. I don't think she always has to be with Harry, but they were made for each other, so it's only right. I want to make movies some day. Maybe lead a television programme. If I can, I'd remake Harry Potter and fix some plotholes while maintaining book characterization. I'd put some more Ginny in there, naturally. Reality is, that's never going to happen. Well, I mean, never say never. I started writing Fanfiction as a way to just do something. It ended up becoming something way bigger than that. It's a way to vent my feelings. Whether that's thoughts of the present or past. Hell, sometimes I'm just scared to get older and make real decisions. Fanfiction, and writing in general, became my best friend in that sense. It's like talking to someone, but without having to go through the whole ordeal. I've met and talked to phenomenal authors, and have connected with hundreds of great people in general. My fics may not be the most popular, they may not even be well liked, but I'm proud of my work, (yes even the older stuff), and am excited to continue to write and improve. Disclaimer: A lot of what I write (Specifically in Regretfully Uncaring) is a conglomerate of ideas from my original work which I poke away at in my free time. Do credit whatever you borrow/are inspired by. It means a lot. WIP: Regretfully Uncaring: Updates sporadically but it's my baby. As I said above, it's probably 90% my own thing, and I'm incredibly proud of it. I will say it's a bit shifty at the start, but it's become something I am confident of. A Short Life Full of Long Years: Updates once a month. I really wasn't a fan of most Soul-Bond fics. They're repetitive and frustratingly simplistic in terms of relationship development. There's a reason so many of them are incomplete. Anyway, mine is set post-war, which is already rather unique but on top of that, Harry and Ginny aren't exactly pleased with the whole affair. Sure they fancy each other, hell, they might even love each other, but their choice has been taken away. That's gotta leave some sort of impact. |
