Greetings, I am The Overly Active Imagination.

I am one who likes stories involving Humor, romance, adventure and suspense. The stories I write (or shall write) will contain my own attempts at romance (many of which may involve yuri), humor, and adventure. I love yuri pairings and love to read fics about them even more.

Status Update: Writing has slowed to a crawl. Still attempting to do a little each day, but not entirely sure how long until the next update. Aiming for a one-shot to post this month, for the sake of getting back into the swing of things.

Requests: I don't do any. I only have so much free time to use for writing, so I would prefer to dedicate that time to my own projects.

The Owl House: What if? Collection.

A series of previews for potential stories I plan to (hopefully) do for the Owl House category. Each is a deviation of something in the canon which will take things in a different direction for the sake of exploring new possibilities. The rules are as follows:

Rule 1) There are to be no requests. I already have numerous ideas and those will be more than enough to keep me occupied with this for a good, long while. Not to mention I don't take requests as it is, so it stands to reason I wouldn't be making exceptions here.

Rule 2) No suggestions regarding how things should proceed in any of the story ideas presented here. Most of them are already being planned out and some are already being outlined. Should any suggestions be sent to me by review or PM, they will be disregarded. Sorry in advance as I understand how rude that will be.

Rule 3) Once enough stories have been posted in this collection a poll will be announced. Only during the polls will any interest in the stories be taken into account. Any that occur after the polls have closed will not count.

Rule 4) As some of the ideas presented may end up being left untouched, there may be eventual adoption opportunities for some of them. It is difficult to say at this time how likely it will be that happens, but it will only be announced if I feel it is necessary and until I make that decision, please no asking to adopt them simply from a lack of interest. As time goes on and new polls are put up, some stories will get second chances to be prioritized.

Rule 5) There are going to be some things that will hopefully be very interesting to the readers in all of the stories, but I understand some may not be quite so appealing. Do not disrespect your fellow readers by giving them grief over liking anything depicted in the story ideas. The same goes for anyone who shares their dislike of the ideas, they are entitled to their opinions and should not be bothered for sharing them in the reviews.

1) What if Alador were the head of the Abomination Coven?

Outline: In progress.

Synopsis: Alador Blight leads a busy life as both the founder and CEO of Blight Industries as well as the head of the Abomination Coven. But as the Day of Unity draws ever closer, he finds himself enduring increasing levels of stress. With betrayal and loss thrown into the mix, he will find himself pushed to limits beyond what an average witch could withstand.

Ships: Amity Blight and Luz Noceda, Odalia and Alador Blight, Darius Deamonne and Alador Blight (Unrequited), Edalyn Clawthorne and Raine Whispers.

2) What if Willow had accepted the offer to join the Banshees?

Title: Love & Grudgby

Outline: In progress

Synopsis: Willow Park has become the new captain of the Hexside Banshees and has vowed to take them to the championship But, with the responsibility of leadership coupled with having to deal with her bully even more than before, Willow finds herself being challenged on all fronts. Add the distraction of love interests among teammates into the mix and things become even more complicated for her.

3)What if Eda had committed to teaching Luz magic right at the start?

Title: Untamed Potential

Outline: In progress

Synopsis: Edalyn Clawthorne is the most powerful witch on the Boiling Isles. Her student however, is not capable of learning magic the traditional way. With the threat of her older sister Lilith and several bounty hunters after her head, Eda attempts the impossible with her unconventional teaching methods.

4)What if Luz and Amity broke up?

Title: The Return of Nevareth

Synopsis: Luz and Amity's relationship takes a turn for the worse when Luz encounters an old acquaintance who she never thought she'd see again. Amity is put through an emotional molar coaster ride as she gains a rival for Luz's affections in Nevareth Bladestrife, Teen Prince of Angstmore

5) What if Camila had found her own way to the Demon Realm? -- POLL WINNER!!! Now officially a story!

Title: Strange Alliances

Outline: In Progress

Synopsis: Defying the odds, Camila has found her way onto the Boiling Isles with help from someone she’d rather avoid. Together they must brave a strange world full of dangers, work alongside the inhabitants of the island and face an enemy they hadn’t expected. All while Camila tries to find her daughter Luz and take her back home.

6) What if Eda had stayed the Owl Beast?

Synopsis: Following a different ending to season 1, Luz has to go on the run with Eda, the Owl Beast. She starts a new life living off the land with a bounty on her head and a semi-feral companion by her side.

7)What if Amity dropped out of school?

Title: Wild & Free

Outline: Not yet started

Synopsis: After making a very bold and impulsive move, Amity has fled her home and dropped out of Hexside. She must find a new path in life while staying in the home of the Boiling Isle's most wanted and dealing with the persistent threat of her mother.

8) What if Odalia was fond of Luz?

Title: Mommy Fiercest

Outline: Not yet started

Synopsis: As the matriarch of the Blight family, Odalia is strong, shrewd, and resourceful. The only ones she shows any affection to are her dear children, including her youngest's human girlfriend. And Titan forbid anyone dare endanger Luz Noceda when Odalia Blight is around to do something about it.

9) What if Hunter was a student at Hexside?

Title: The Golden Student

Outline: Not yet started

Synopsis: As Luz begins her school career at Hexside, she finds a new friend in Hunter. However, her newfound bond with him begins straining two others unintentionally. The dream of attending a magic school spirals into a hectic frenzy for Luz as she has to deal with her new friend tugging at heart strings and sparking rivalries. With the new witch drama added to her regular misadventures, making it through until finals will be no easy task.

Ships: Luz Noceda and Amity Blight, Willow Park and Hunter, hints of Luz Noceda and Hunter, hints of Boscha and Hunter.

10) What if Amity had burned up Luz's memories instead of Willow's?

Synopsis: Following the events of Understanding Willow, but with a major difference. After damaging Luz's mind in a careless act of social self-preservation, Amity is tasked with fixing the mess with Willow along to keep a close eye on her. Together the two witches must work to save Luz and struggle with learning about the mind of a human teenager in order to do so.
