Hello! I am an avid fan of many stories and it is a privilege to write my own stories in those universes. My three favorite fandoms are Harry Potter by J. K. Rowling, Star Wars (created by George Lucas and owned by Disney), and the Parahumans stories by Wildbow. All three of these universes have fantastic storytelling with rich characters and worlds that are presented beautifully in the writing. No way am I even close to the ability of these authors, but I hope that my writing will grow as I learn from them.

For Harry Potter, my favorite fics are primarily angst driven with plot counterbalancing it. These stories have deep characterization while maintaining the protagonist's need to be productive.

On a similar note, my favorite paring is Harry/Daphne for the reasons I gave a moment ago. Daphne Greengrass, the ice queen of Slytherin was a character I fell in love with practically from day one. Yes, her characterization is entirely fan made (since she really has only one reference in the series and it is presented as an aside), but this to me is simply evidence of how great the stories are that we as fans are willing to extrapolate from the smallest details. My first exposure to the Ice Queen of Slytherin was in "Harry Potter and the Manifesting Magic" by TrekTech. Though I read that story many years ago, the character of Daphne Greengrass intrigued me even then and it has only been as of late that I have truly fallen for this paring.

Regarding Star Wars, I will be honest with you. I love Star Wars Legends! There is SO much story in that continuity and so much to be explored. Just when I think I've learned all there is to know about it, I learn something new that deepens my appreciation of the Star Wars franchise. As such, my Star Wars works will be entirely based on Legends continuity unless I specifically state otherwise. It's not that I dislike canon. On the contrary--there are aspects of it that I really enjoy such as Rebels and the Darth Vader comics. However, because Legends has a broader scope of storytelling, I feel that I have more to work with in that continuity. However, should I choose to write something in canon, I will note it as an author's note at the top of my story. Otherwise, assume it's Legends.

As for Parahumans, though I love the universe, I do not currently feel that I have an adequate enough understanding of the mechanics of powers to write in that fandom well. However, I do intend on writing in it at some point in the future.

Aside from these fandoms, I may branch out to others on occasion, but most likely not with any regularity.

Now, I must provide a few disclaimers. First, the obvious one: I don't own any of this stuff. This is purely fan fiction and, like I said earlier, I am privileged to be able to write in these universes. So, I would appreciate it if you didn't sue me. :) The second disclaimer I need to give is that I am totally blind and so I will have difficulty writing detailed descriptions of physical spaces or characters' appearance. This is not to say that I will not do my level best to do so. This is me asking you to extend a bit of grace to me if the descriptions are sub par at certain points. However, if you have ideas that you think will improve the work, please feel free to share and critique. I cannot promise that I will implement every idea, but I will definitely look at your thoughts and consider them.

For those of you who favorited and followed my story, "The Force of Magic", I can only say that I am absolutely floored. It's a privilege to share something that makes your day a little more fun. Currently, I have set Thursdays as my writing day for this story with either Saturday or Sunday for posting.
