Hrm, I looked at my bio and realized that it was incredibly dated. So now I'm writing a new one, piece by piece.
Most of the fanfiction that I read is for RENT or Rocky Horror Picture Show, but I do enjoy a well written Les Miserables fanfiction (Javert-centric and based on the Brick. Only the Brick. Oh, AmZ. Peanuts fics. I only read fanfiction, because I can't write to save my life. I don't know where all you eloquent, lovely writers get it from.
Musicals I love:
Avenue Q, Brigadoon, Candide, Cats, Dracula (the one with Michael McCarthy), Evita, Evil Dead: The Musical (it's hilarious), Fiddler On the Roof, ANY Forbidden Broadway, Into the Woods, Jekyll and Hyde, Jesus Christ Superstar, La Cage Aux Folles, Les Miserables, Man of La Mancha, Miss Saigon, My Fair Lady, Once on This Island, Phantom of the Opera (ALW version), Phantom (Yeston and Kopit version), Phantom of the Opera (Ken Hill version), Reefer Madness (hilarious), RENT, Repo! The Genetic Opera, Rocky Horror Show, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Spring Awakening, Sweeney Todd (NOT the Tim Burton movie), [title of show, West Side Story, Wicked, Wonderful Town, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
Musicals I actually have read fanfiction for:
RENT, Rocky Horror, My Fair Lady (only once, and never again), and I'm going to go ahead and count You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. (I just read the Peanuts stuff, but I think it's close enough.)
Les Miserables and Phantom of the Opera don't count in the above list, because I don't read the fanfictions based upon the musicals. I love only book-verse fanfics of those two.
I love me some Anthony Perkins. He played Javert in the Les Miserables TV movie from the 70's, and he's almost always who I think of when I picture Javert. Except a little tanner, what with Javert being half gypsy and all.
