Author has written 6 stories for Sonic the Hedgehog.
For anyone who actually cares or reads this, be informed. I am currently taking an indefinitely hiatus, from which I'm not sure if I will ever return. Please try to understand that this was not caused by anything that my fans on site did. Several issues have come up in my personal life, and I'm finding myself with less internet access, less free time, and less drive to write. All of my stories are discontinued indefinitely, and don't expect any updates in the future.
I'm sorry to anyone who I let down with this decision, but please understand that I have genuine reasons for not continuing my work in the present.
I may get on from time to time to reply to a message, review, or post on forums. Have a great life everybody, and please continue your writing if you can.
Literature is like chocolate. It's all good, but the dark stuff has the most flavor.
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do anything great, for true greatness lies not in your actions, but inside your heart.
Don't bother giving advice much. Those who are wise don't need it, and those who are fools won't take it.
Yo peeps, wasup. I am the Radman, that's what I am. I have read several types including Sonic, Star Wars, X-men and a dabblings in a few others. I appreciate any review, but I prefer constructive criticism over flames, or “lol” reviews. (Even derogatory or offensive constructive criticism is better than flames.) Reviews allow me to improve my style.
"I am nothing if not critical."
I consider myself a critical reviewer, and have a well developed and varied taste in music, art, and literature. I am not easy to impress. I have never given out a perfect 10/10 review to ANYTHING in my life ever, so if you happen to ever be the first, explode from sheer joy. It simply can't be done.
I also take requests/suggestions, and you will receive credit in the story for your contribution. Note that you can request something to happen in the story, or you can give me a general idea for a story which I will expand upon. Anything I do which you do not agree with (ethically, etc) will most likely be for illustrative purposes, and I have freedom of speech, so get over it. I will eventually be expanding to have an empire of Sonic fics, with you as my loyal mind controlled slaves/readers.
I am making it an official policy of mine that I will make every attempt to make an update of some sort to the site at least once weekly. This is not a promise, but rather I am only saying that I will try my best, life goes on people. I will also NEVER flat out refuse a request or suggestion unless it involves M rated material. As official policy, all my fics are rated T or higher to be safe. At the moment, it is official policy that I do not submit stories with lemons in them, no exceptions. I'm not sure what I think of lemons in general, and I don't want to be pressured to write anything I don't want to write, so for now I'm simply saying no.
Anything else you care to know about me or wish to ask me about can be addressed in a PM. As official policy, I ALWAYS reply to a PM or review as long as its contents are more interesting than "What's up", or "Update Soon."
-If you feel that you have been excluded from this list, and consider yourself my friend, just PM me, and I'll add your name in a snap-
Mystery001 (before he left): I can't overstate the amount of influence the original Myz had on my writing style. He was one of the first authors who I truly loved all his work, and for a while, I held him almost at idol status. Now I feel as I've come closer to being his pupil and friend than underling, but nevertheless, he deserves special mention.
darkness wasted: dw is one of the first people I met on site, and has remained in contact with me even through my dramatic change in genres from Sonic's Last Bet to All Hail Shadow.
Slashbandicoot43: From sharing interests in Darkblur and Mystery001, to conversing on In the End's forum, it seems I can't go anywhere without bumping into this likable fellow, so I suppose I might as well be on good terms with him.
S.T. Hedgehog: Although we got off to a bit of a rocky start with some forum arguments and his original review of Set Me Free, after some Beta-reading and civil conversation, me and S.T. found that our initial disagreements were misunderstandings, and decided to start over as friends. Now, we openly endorse each other and share interests in Mystery001.
WolvesRule612: My real life friend, and one of my largest inspirations in the world. Chock full of good ideas, but not willing to share any of them with anyone but me. We were next door neighbors for three years, but now we remain in contact through the internet. I credit WolvesRule612 with the creation of the OC's "Stevie" and "Carter".
The Nevermore Raven: Not only is Nathan one of the most talented first person authors on site, the emotional undertones in his stories have touched me to the core. Always supportive of me and my work, we have grown quite close over the course of time.
CrazyNutSquirrel: A rather enthusiastic reader of All Hail Shadow who's got loads of questions and curiosities, and a heap full of compliments.
And just so you know, mess with any of the people on this list and ask for trouble, bring down the wrath of the Radman upon yourself. Savagery beyond comprehension... I mean it. On the opposite end of the scale, all these people are aspiring authors like myself, and reccomended reading by me.
Authors I Recommend (who I don't know personally)
Key (in order of general update frequency)
Priority: One of my major priorities is updating and completing this fic
Current: I try to make updates commonly, it is a current project
Near complete: This fic is almost done, I am simply making touch ups and adding the last chapter or two. Usually on a much slower update rate than fics with other statuses.
Partial Hold: a fic that I've hit a bump in, or have put low on my priorities list. Updated infrequently.
Full Hold: Fics on Full Hold will never be updated while they are on Full Hold. They will advance to Partial Hold once updated. Either a low priority fic, or one I have severe writers block on.
Complete: a fic which I will never add more chapters to. May occasionally get edits, updates, spell checks, etc.
Cancelled: a fic that was marked as complete before the story was done, aka, unresolved. This will only be used in the most severe circumstances. Will never recieve any edits, updates, or changes in status. Cancelled fics will most likely eventually be removed from site, as happened with "The Next 100 Years"
All Hail Shadow: Status: Full Hold "It's tragically delicious."There's lots of mysteries to uncover, so I won't give away many spoilers. In this fic, I transplant Sonic into a utopia/dystopia world which is as chillingly real as a nightmare... OOC, but due to character "reinventions"/AU. Due to general reader consent, the story will continue INDEFINITELY, and is no longer a part of S.T. Hedeghog's "All Hail Shadow" fanfiction contest.
To Walk A Mile in Their Shoes: Status: Full Hold A fic where Sonic and Shadow exchange bodies. I'm hesitant to go much further until I have a direction to go in. I don't think any of the chars are OOC. Okay, Eggman might be a little OOC. Unfortunately for me, I promised a certain reader I would write another chapter, and I have not forgotten, I'm just very busy at the moment.
Nevermore: Status: Complete. A tribue to one of my favorite authors and friends The Nevermore Raven. Supposed to be similar in style to "Fading Shadows" his masterpiece of fanfiction. In the story, Shadow suffers rejection, and considers the meaning of his wretched existence.
Wrath of Solaris: Status: Complete A nice dark little oneshot about failure and gruesome death sort of in the style of Edgar Allen Poe. Originally based off an idea given to me by the user we are as one.
Goodbye: Staus: Complete I'm deciding this one will just be a oneshot. I didn't plan it out, but I like what I have so far, and I don't want to cheapen it with anything unceccessary. CrazyNutSquirrel practically demanded the story continue.
Set Me Free: Status: Complete My first official oneshot, I play around with an idea I had in my head for awhile now. There's lots of little nuances to discover, and I would appreciate any feedback you have. Also my first entrant to any contest, specifically S.T. Hedgehog's 2009 "All Hail Shadow" contest.
Sonic's Last Bet: Status: Deleted. Althought it was my first story, I felt as if it wasn't consistent with what I'm currently trying to accomplish. Because I feel I was never going to continue it, I have removed it from my account, and transfered ownership to Jackattack555, who originally authored the recently deleted Sonic Truth or Dare fic.

Path of Darkness: Adventure, Action. (PREVIOUSLY: Untitled Star Wars Fanfiction) In a little while I may take a short hiatus from my Sonic stuff to put in some work on an idea for a Star Wars fanfiction that's been bouncing around in my head for awhile. If I do decide to post it, it'll be huge, AUish, with lots of OCs and my own personal interpretation of the Force. As for the story, I'm not giving away anything, but don't be surprised if all the sudden it pops up one day.
Untitled X-men Fanfiction: Action, Mystery. Same as above, except in X-men. I plan on doing this story as a sequel to X-men: The Last Stand.
Crimson Darkness: Suspense, Action. Originally titled The Ultimate Battle. The story was cancelled for awhile, as some rather serious problems arose with it, but I'm glad to inform you that there may be hope yet for the story. Me and the story's co-creator WolvesRule612 have been discussing the story over the phone for the last several ideas, and may have some ideas for bringing back life to the anticipated story originally showcased on my profile. However, the name may change, again.
Drown in Darkness: A collaboration with the Nevermore Raven. I can't give away much of the plot at this point, but I will tell you it involves Mephiles the Dark, and my parts of the story are in first person as well as his.
