xACIDxLULLABYx --> Darker Still
I'm not known for updating often, or finishing a story or even getting past the first chapter...just so you know what to expect, or what not to.
Due to a vast dislike for all things Maximum Ride after reading the monstrosities of the fifth book on, I no longer write for the fics about the series. The fics that are up will remain up, but they will not be updated for both lack of interest and dislike for what is my former favorite book series.
Hopefully my writing has matured since I last posted on this site, and the active fics will hopefully be rewritten to be much better. Keep your eye out.
(A Maximum Ride one-shot)
Based off a quote from the fourth book: "Fang never said that stupid stuff back". Max thinks about everything between her, and Fang, from the beach, to the Red-Haired Wonder, to the catastrophe with the Valium, then realizes that if she doesn't just tell him how much she's in love with him, then the fact that she doesn't know if he feels the same will drive her insane. Well, even more insane.
Sell Your Soul
(A Maximum Ride fic)
It’s been twenty years since Maximum Ride was fourteen and hardly more than a child; but she accomplished more than any child has ever done in history. The flock grew from protecting the world against global warming to becoming the Guardians, elite soldiers charged with protecting VIP government persons and entering high-danger level war areas, where no one else dared to go. Now married to Fang and in her thirties, Max has tried to put the brakes on her fast life and settle down for once, quitting her Guardian life to finally be there for her troubled sixteen-year-old daughter. Despite the good life Max has tried to give her daughter, Arianna is still determined to undermine everything in her life that Max never had the chance to have. Max has never felt like a failure before, until she became a mother—but everything changes when Arianna is abducted, and time begins to tick.
Written prior to whenever Patterson's shitty ghostwriter threw in Dylan for the sake of being the biggest asshole in the history of YA lit.
Fly Me to the Moon
(A Thief Lord fic)
Starla Gabrelovic never could have known that breaking into the biggest house on Fondamenta Bollani would lead to falling for the one guy in Venice she wishes she hadn't.
(A Thief Lord fic)
Post merry-go-round. Scipio Fortunato has finally gotten the job he has been waiting his entire career for. After solving petty, small-time cases during his three-year career, he is finally hired to track down a missing person.
