Author has written 7 stories for Emergency, and Airwolf.
I'm a stay at home Mom with 4 children. My oldest is 21 years of age and my youngest is 8 years old. We have 4 cats and a dog.
My Father was the fire chief for the small town I grew up in and when The EMT program came about he was one of the first to get his EMT Training. A few years later my mother became an EMT, with the desire to spend more time with my Dad. My older sister became an EMT at the age of 18 and went on to work in the emergency room in Dixie, Utah and then as a phlebotomist for the American Red Cross. Four years later I joined the ranks as an EMT. I took my training and test all before I was 18 years of age. But by the time I received my test scores and official certification I had been 18 for about a month. My grandmother also took the training but her physical abilities were not up to par for certification. Though she did past the written test with high marks and was commended for ingenuity when she used her shoes, Size 11, as splints during her practical exam.
While serving an 18 month Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Later day Saints, my certification lapsed. I monitored a class with the intent to recertify when my Husband Proposed and I accepted him and his debt and therefore didn’t have the money to pay for the late certification fees. There have been times when I have regretted not recertifying and had always hopped to take another class and get certified again but never did. In 2003 I had the first of three neck surgeries to fuse disks in my neck and so I no longer have the physical ability to function as an EMT.
After recently being able to watch the old AirWolf and Emergency episodes via Netflix, I decided to join my son and wrote some stories for Fan Fiction. I have enjoyed writing and ask my readers of be somewhat forgiving of my grammar and spelling errors. As I have gone about writing my grammar and spelling have improved but I know I still have room for improvement.
I write mostly for my self satisfaction but then decided it would be nice to receive feed back on my writing and started posting them on Fan Fiction. I will not post a story until I have finished writing it due to the fact that I need to edit it several times to make sure I have my spelling and grammar up to par.
I hope you will be able to enjoy my stories and would be willing to leave feed back. I’m also very willing to accept offers from beta readers, to improve on my grammar content.
