This site used to be great. It used to work. Readers would get email notices when there were new story updates. We used to get emails when we had PMs. Email used to work back in the old days two months ago. Not anymore. The email doesn't work no matter how many times we opt in. Do they know about the email problem? Yes, they have gotten many emails and still have done nothing. What do they have to say on X formerly Twitter? Absolutely nothing. It's a mystery why they even have an account since they don't use it to communicate it with us. Writers Aren't Seeing Traffic Counters Anymore It's been almost two months and the view/visitor counters aren't working anymore either. And yes, they know about this and have done nothing to fix the issue. Writers have no way or knowing if anyone is even reading their stories. As a writer, this is incredibly demoralizing. WHY ISN'T IT FIXING THE PROBLEMS? The site is going to close so they aren't making any fixes. Why else would they not fix problems that cause the users such substantial problems. EMAIL FANFICTION AND ASK IF THEY ARE GOING TO CLOSE AND ASK WHY THEY HAVEN'T FIXED THE PROBLEMS ON THIS SITE. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW. DEMAND ANSWERS!!! |
