I've been a member of Fanfiction for six years now, and I can hardly believe that more than half that time has been spent on one single project: His Greatest Wish. A HUGE thank you to everyone who has read, reviewed, favorited, and followed that story; your support keeps me strong.
I'm a writer; reader; technology geek; 1-semester-left-of-engineering-school student; auntie; animal lover; space, math, English, and science nut; and a movie and TV connoisseur.
I love Sherlock, Castle, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Forever, Sleepy Hollow, Once Upon a Time, NCIS, Futurama, Doctor Who, Necessary Roughness, Endgame, the Stargates, Game of Thrones, Eureka, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Bones, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: DS9.

The Disclaimer Everyone Puts Up Despite the Fact that Nobody Owns Anything: Unfortunately, I do not own any of these TV shows or movies...or books - only the plots of my stories... I used to be blonde, but my last name isn't Rowling, and despite how much I wish I did, I don't have a British accent (even though I am quite adept at faking it). Bollocks.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 convinced me beyond a shadow of a doubt that Alan Rickman is uncontested for the title of Most Incredible Actor of All Time. Although Martin Freeman might be a runner-up with Tom Hiddleston, David Tennant, and Benedict Cumberbatch. (Hiddles is my current-and-probably-forever obsession.)
I enjoy writing hurt/comfort, tragedy, angst, romance, humor, and family fiction.
To All My Reviewers: Thank you so much for all your wonderful comments! Please keep them coming! I do try to respond to reviews, and if I don't it's because of Real Life butting its head into my business.
This Dark Universe: Basic premise: in each story I kill off a main character. Stories will contain darker themes, touching on suicide, drugs/drug abuse, alcohol abuse, violence, murder, aggravated attack, self-hatred, and the perils of society. May or may not have happy endings. Or at least non-sucky endings.
1) These Dark Days, summary listed: Stargate: Atlantis
2) Fear of the Dark, summary listed: Stargate: Atlantis
3) Twisted Black, summary listed: BBC Sherlock
The What-If Universe: Each story explores the result of a "what if" question.
1) WIP: His Greatest Wish, which answers "What if Snape had gone back to repeat his life?" Summary listed.
2) IDEA: If the World Burned, Thor: TDW; "What if Malekith hadn't pursued the Aether and Loki was sent to Earth to serve out his punishment?" TaserTricks first attempt.
IN THE WORKS:
His Greatest Wish: Multi-chapter story revolving around Severus and Lily in the Marauder era at Hogwarts. Part of the What-If Universe. Posted. Updates dependent on school schedule; story arc will go for 50 chapters. NOT on hiatus.
UPDATE! I have the final 11 chapters outlined and waiting to be fleshed out. I expect to be done (like totally, completely, epilogue posted done) by December of 2015--the fifth anniversary of when I started this behemoth. The reason it will take this long is because of the sheer magnitude of these last chapters, and outlines don't mean chapter plots. But that deadline (12-11-15) is one I promise I will keep.
Great Things Come in Threes: SGA WIP, chapters 3-5 on hiatus until further notice.
The Latin Series: A set of stories based on Latin titles, spanning several categories, genres and ratings. 8 currently posted; titles: Ira, Vir, Miles Militis, Semper Fi, Orbis Terrarum, Pax, Maeror, and Pollicitus. Indefinitely sporadic.
I promise to finish all the multi-chapter stories I've started, even if it does take a few months (years?). My plot bunnies and muses have a very bad habit of hopping away into the night and/or hopping off to other fandoms at inconvenient times.
His Greatest Wish is a priority. Seeing as I have undertaken his journey from first year, I will include at least through seventh year. This story will not be finished anytime soon (you have another year and five months for that), but updating will (should, might, never mind) be on a fairly regular basis. Harry Potter is always incredibly detailed to write, and therefore this story has become my longest both with individual chapter word count and total planned chapters. Thank you to EVERYONE who is reading and reviewing! This story officially has the most reviews, hits, alerts, chapters, words, and C2s!! :)
BETA: Currently (sort of, not really, I'm so so sorry but I'm hugely busy) doing beta work for LoveSnilyAlways's story His Light, her first attempt at FF which was in need of reworking. Edits are in progress. Kind of.
I LOVE REVIEWS - they're like a CAFFEINE IV DRIP! And how I love caffeine...
Welcome to the mind of Andromeda.
Dr. Felger: Bite me, Coombs! At least my heroes exist. If this was a Trek convention you'd be all dressed up like a Klingon.
Dr. Coombs: Vulcan, Felger. Vulcan. And I don't know how you can call yourself a scientist and not worship at the altar of Roddenberry!
Dr. Felger: (mockingly) Oooh, how we gonna get outta this one, Captain? Oh, I don't know, something to do with a tachyon emitter?
- Stargate: SG-1 season 6 episode "The Other Guys."
Jack O'Neill: (speaking to Her'ak, Khonsu's angry First Prime) You ended that sentence with a preposition! Bastard!
