Well, hello there! Thanks for stopping by! I hope you'll pick up a cookie as you're coming in and leave a review on your way out.
Oh, you haven't left yet? Well, I suppose that means you want to know a bit about me.
Hmm . . . this kinda puts me on the spot. Er, well . . . I guess I could start with the basics:
My name: Sorry, luv, can't give that to you. I'm anti-real life-stalker. You can call me Becky, though!
My age: Old enough to know better and young enough to do things anyway! I started writing fanfiction at the age of twelve . . . Which should have been the first warning sign to my parents . . .
My passion: Writing. I'm addicted.
And some notes on my stories:
Pink Glitter -- thanks to all my wonderful reviewers who appreciated my stab at humor. Now there's a sequel! -squee- Isn't everyone proud of me?
As the World Burns -- My little tongue-and-cheek work that grew into something I could've never imagined. Honestly, though, I can't thank all of you enough for the love and support I have gotten. You guys are the best, seriously. It's finished now, but I'll write more in that story world one day, I'm quite sure!
Randomness -- Just some drabbles and the like, derived from AtWB. Don't expect much. I seriously love writing the IM ones!
Falling -- On hiatus. My muse is a bit burned out at the moment, with school and the like. It will definitely be continued eventually, but no promises as to when.
Lord Have Mercy -- A spur of the moment drabble from the POV of Claude Frollo, obsessive stalker extraordinaire! Seriously though, something about him gets to me and I totally want to delve deep into his psyche. I'll do a real story, not just a random one-shot one day revolving around him one day. I hope that you all like it, especially since it's a step out there from what I normally do!
Peach Juice -- The long awaited sequel to Pink Glitter! It's not necessary to read that first, though. It's a Valentine's Day inspired story, and it isn't too long, but I had fun writing it. I hope you have fun reading it!
Never Leaving the Center -- See "Falling." I've had the next chapters in the works for years now, but I'm never quite satisfied with them, and am stuck as to where I'm going. I really do love this story, though, and am likely to update it sooner than Falling.
Group Therapy Sessions -- I really don't know what to say about this fic. I love it, even though it's made up completely of sugar and hyperness, and hope you do too!
In Darkness, Light -- . . . meh. It's okay. I don't know if I'll continue it, I don't know if I'll take it down. I don't really know what to make of it... hmm.
Letters to Erik -- I rue the day I ever watched the 2004 Phantom of the Opera movie. It got me hooked . . . and now look what it made me do! It made me write a phanfic! :O This is just a ditty I came up with one day and enjoyed . . . I hope you like it too!
Glass Room -- When my muses say jump, I say "How High?" I always love reading dark Jareth, and this is my attempt at writing him. Updates will be slow, but I'm not giving up on this one just yet!
Sunshine of Your Love -- current Klaroline oneshot, may be continued in the future. Just a ditty I had to get out of my head, but I ended up really enjoying the end product.
Sails I Ship: (whee!)
Joker/Harley ('nuff said)
Joker/Rachel (only if Rachel ISN'T depicted to be some self-centered byotch from the depths of the underworld)
Joker/OC (only if it's well done, not some mary-sue stolkholm syndrome chick who deserves to fry in fictional character hell)
Scarecrow/OC (because Cillian deserves a pretty girl -huggles-)
Guy/Marian (from Robin Hood BBC) (I LOVE RICHARD ARMITAGE SO MUCH! That man is HOT with a capital HOT)
Sheriff of Nottingham/Maid Marian (GOD, the movie with Costner sucked SO MUCH I wanted to scratch my eyes out . . . I only watched it for Alan. Who is a god)
Captain Hook/Wendy Darling (dude, did you SEE Jason Issacs in the Peter Pan 2003 movie? HAWTNESS)
Batman/Wonder Woman (Because they both kick butt and, lets face it, are totally made of epic win)
Superman/Lois Lane (don't read a lot of it, but there ya' go)
Question/Huntress (D'aww, don't you just love conspiracy theorists who don't have faces?)
Black Canary/Green Arrow (I seem to be a mainstream DC Shipper here...)
Harvey Dent AKA Two-Face/Renee Montoya (I LOVE seeing stories about this pairing! Write a story with them in it, and I'll give you a brownie)
Jareth/Sarah (this is kinda a given)
Claude Frollo/Esmeralda (because I can)
Maraks/King's Wives (just in general, from the "Hollow Kingdom" trilogy. I'll read almost any pairing involved with those stories)
Tom Riddle AKA Voldy/Ginny Weasley (this is about the only pairing I can stand in Harry Potter fanfics... I mean, Rowling's world is so perfect, you can't really touch too much on it without being ooc or annoying, in my opinion)
Snape/Lily Potter (I should just say Snape on his own, because he is that awesome. But Snape/Lily is so darn sweet)
Erik/Christine (Because Erik deserves a break, gosh darn it!)
Jean/Logan AKA Wolverine (Because I have a thing for devoted bad boys, okay?)
Spike/Buffy (OTP FTW! What did I do with myself before I had James Marsters in my life? Gawd, that man is FIIIINE)
Spike/Dru (It doesn't matter she's insane . . . He is sooooooo sweet to her!!)
Spike by himself (like I said, that man is FIIIIIINE)
Wesley/Fred (I don't really read much of it, but a great pairing nonetheless)
Angel/Cordelia (Though she was also cute with Doyle . . . hmm . . . OTP decisions are hard)
Angel/Faith (It's all unconditional and nice and right and -- DEAR GOD, FAITH, JUST PLEASE KEEP ANGEL AWAY FROM BUFFY!!!!)
On that note: ANYONE ELSE BESIDES BUFFY/Angel (Bangel ruined my childhood. And made me blind)
Eric/Sookie ('Cause Alexander is FINE and Bill sucks. . . No lame vampire pun intended)
Vader/Padme (Where do I come up with these? I honestly don't know)
Jane/Loki (I resisted, and resisted . . . but the fanfic for this pairing is stellar. I'm converted)
Grima/Eoywn (There's no other explanation: I was dropped on the head as a child. Probably repeatedly)
Rumpelstiltskin/Belle (Dude. Dude. DUDE. I have issues. But it's Beauty and the Beast, so COME ON)
Emma Swan/Captain Hook AKA "Captain Swan" (Come on guys. This is sexy.)
Klaus/Caroline (Pretty much the reason why the Vampire Diaries are my guilty pleasure)
Damon/Elena (Though they have been sucking this last season. SIRE BOND WTF?!?)
Barney/Robin (How dare NPH be gay. I'm so freaking happy for him with his partner and babies and stuff, but it breaks my heart that we can never be)
Hannibal/Clarice (Yes, I am crazy, thank you for noticing)
Bane/Talia (darn you TDKR for teasing us with this delightful pairing. DARN YOU)
Hades/Persephone (Because who doesn't love stalker kidnap love stories?)
. . . moving on.
It seems that I am very lucky, and have an endless stream of story ideas that come from my muses (Lucy, Charlotte, Evangeline, Magdalena, Katherine, Adele, Sasha, Felicity, and Larry) (these were given life at the age of twelve, so you should just be glad I didn't name them Hilary Duff or Nick Carter). The hard part is actually writing them and sticking to them.
AtWB was originally planned to be a trilogy, with the next two installments being You Complete Me and It's Only Forever, but I've had a major blockage working with AtWB and my intentions to finish the trilogy are murky at best currently. I'm a very fickle writer, unfortunately, with inspirations that fluctuate much too greatly and too often for my tastes. I'm trying very hard to finish the works that I have started, and can't even begin to thank all of you for the support I have received. You all are FANTASTIC!!
Hugs, namaste, peace out, and shalom!
