Yay! You get to read about me, now doesn't that sound fun?
Name's Christina, you can call me whatever you like Chris, Christie, Chrissie, Tina. I love nicknames :)
Yes I do live in China, and it isn't all that amazing but yes I do love it here. I was born in the United States and grew up there before moving back but I am asian. I am 26 with a husband and a 4 year old daughter who can't understand why mommy is in love with the strange bairen guy we see on TV. (Note: In Chinese Bairen means white guy) My husband finds it amusing when I ask him why he can't be more like Edward Cullen, altho deep down I think he's just jealous that we woman have a thing for certain vampires with copper colored hair. I love reading and you will often find me curled up on my bed with a good book and a nice cup of hot cocoa. These are a few of my favorite things! Sorry couldn't resist the urge to break out singing in dancing, after all the sound of music is such a classic. Okay well I love taking walks, dancing in the rain, telling stories, going over childhood memories, shopping until my feet hurt, laughing so hard till i have to pee, watching movies that make me cry, imitating others, calling people for unreasonable amounts of time, photography, editing pictures, torturing my husband, playing peek-a-boo and hide and seek with my baby but most of all indulging in fanfiction. Reading fanfiction is one of my secret pleasures but sadly I don't posess the creativity to write any. I have a few ideas but I'm too insecure to start so instead I'll continue spamming other authors stories with my fabulous reviews that I know they just love reading.
Shout out to my loverly amazing fanfiction wifey, slut, whore, fellow obsessor of Edward, gutter pal, dirty talker, cyber sex haver, all around fun lady Lee723 - keep an eye out for us, we may have a few one shots brewing
The Published Works: (Books and Writing)
A book that made me cry my heart out for days, A Child Called It. A true story about child abuse, you've been warned of the pain. And its quite obvious that the Twilight Saga is one among many of my favorite books.
Looking For Inspiration: (Quotes)
When you lose somebody, you think you've lost the whole world as well. But that's not the way things turn out in the end. Eventually, you pick yourself up and look out the window and once you do, you see everything that was there before the world ended is out there, still. There are the same apple trees, and the same song birds. And over out head, the same very sky that shines like heaven. So far above us, that we can never hope to reach such heights. Too many people grow up. That's the real trouble with the world, too many people grow up. They forget. They don't remember what it's like to be twelve years old. They patrionize, they treat children as inferiors. Well, I won't do that.
I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.
Some people never find it, some only pretend, but I just want to live happily ever after every now and then.
Recent Update: Goodness me, I haven't logged in to fanfiction in (whew) the longest while but I'm here, reading all the updates and scouting for good stories. Not that anyone really reads my profile but I'm back and trying to get back into my routine. Lee! Don't give up on me just quite yet.
