"What I basically told them was play the romance, be proud of him. Love him when you say you love him."
My name is Grace. I'm fifteen years old. I live to dance and write. I love English class. I love summer. I'm close with my family and my friends. Buffy the Vampire Slayer is my favourite show ever. I want to marry Keith Urban - if he ever divorced his wife. I'm happy. I like to laugh. I like to be crazy. If I could have one wish, I'd make it to Harvard.
Buffy belongs with Angel. Simple as that.
I can tell you this much; I will marry just once. And if it doesn't work out, I'll give him half my stuff. It's fine with me, because we promised e t e r n i t y .

Buffy Quotes (They're the Best)
"Interesting lady...can we kill her?"
"Ice is cool. It's like water, but it's not!"
"Even when I'm at my worst you make me feel special. How do you do it?"
"You still my girl?"
"And I'm eating this banana! Lunchtime be damned!"
"Spike, what are you doing here? Five words or less."
"You had sex with Giles?! On top of a police car?! TWICE?!"
"Okay, Harmony, if you need to borrow my Midol, just ask."
"Angel's lame. His hair sticks straight up and he's bloody stupid."
"I can stay in town as long as you want me to."
"But I don't understand! I don't understand how this all happens! How we go through this. I knew her and then she's...there's just a body and I don't understand why she can't just get back in it and not bed dead anymore! It's stupod! It's mortal and stupid! And Xander's crying and not talking and... I was having fruit punch. And then I thought, well, Joyce will never have anymore fruit punch, ever. And she'll never have eggs, or yawn, or brush her hair, not ever. And no one will explain to me why!"
"You have the emotional maturity of a blueberry scone."
"What's YOUR childhood trauma?!"
"I'm not exaclty quaking in my stylish, yet affortable boots..."
"Peachy with a side of keen, that would be me."
"But Oz... don't you love me?"
"I love you."
"You listen to me. I've been alive a bit longer then you and dead a lot longer than that. I've seen things you couldn't imagine and done things I'd prefer you didn't. I don't exactly have a reputation for being a thinker. I follow my blood which doesn't exactly rush in the direction of my brain, so I make a lot of mistakes. A lof of wrong bloody calls. A hundrend plus years and there's only one thing I've even been sure of... You. Hey, look at me. I'm not asking you for anything. When I say I love you it's not because I love you or because I can't have you. I love what you are, what you do. How you try. I've seen your kindness and your strength. I've seen the best and the worst of you and I understand with perfect clarity exactly who you are. You're a hell of a woman. You're the one, Buffy."
"I can see why you'd be upset. Oh, that was my sarcastic voice."
"Goodbye, stray cat who lost its way; I hope you find it."
"I don't know. I just thought we were gonna do something, you know...classy?"
"Buffy, shame on you. Why does a man do what he musn't? For her. To be her's. To be the kind of man who would nev - To be the kind of man. And she will look on him with forgiveness. And everybody will forgive and love. He will be loved. So everything's okay, right? Can we rest now, Buffy? Can we rest?"
"Funny, 'cause I look around at this world... you're so eager to be a part of, and all I see is 6 billion lunatics looking for the fastest ride out. Who's not crazy? Look around. Everyone's drinking, smoking, shooting up, or shooting each other, or just plain screwing their brain outs 'cause they don't want them anymore. I'm crazy. Honey, I'm the original one-eyed chicklet in the kingdom of the blind, 'cause at least I admit the world makes me nuts."
"Dawn, listen to me. Listen. I love you. I will always love you. This is the work I have to do. Tell Giles... Tell Giles I figured it out. And... I'm okay. Give my love to my friends. You have to take care of them now - you have to take care of each other. You have to be strong. Dawny, the hardest thing in this world is to live in it. Be brave. Live. For me."
"Passion; it lies in all of us. Sleeping...waiting. And thought unwanted, unbidden; it will stir, open its jaws and howl. It speaks to us, guides us. Passion rules us all. And we obey. What other choice do we have? Passion is the souce of our finest moments. The joy of love, the clarity of hatred, and the ecstasy of grief. It hurts sometimes, more than we can bear. If we could live without passion, maybe we'd know some kind of peace. But we would be hollow; empty rooms, shuttered and dank. Without passion, we'd truly be dead."
"We have one more award to give out. Is Buffy Summers here tonight? Did she, um... This is actually a new category. First time ever. I guess there were a lot of write-in ballots, and, um, the prom committee asked me to read this... 'We're not good friends. Most of us never found the time to get to know you, but that doesn't mean we haven't noticed you. We don't talk about it much, but it's no secret that Sunnydale High isn't really like other high schools. A lot of weird stuff happens here... But, whenever there was a problem or something creepy happened, you seemed to show up and stop it. Most of the people here have been saved by you, or helped by you at one time or another. We're proud to say that the Class of '99 has the lowest mortality rate of any graduating class in Sunnydale history. And we know at least part of that is because of you. So the senior class, offers its thanks, and gives you, uh, this."
"You're not friends. You'll never be friends. You'll be in love 'til it kills you both. You'll fight and you'll shag and you'll hate each other 'til it makes you quiver, but you'll never be friends. Love isn't brains, children, it's blood. Blood screaming inside you to work its will. I may be love's bitch, but at least I'm man enough to admit it."
"Hey, I was wondering when you were coming."
"Strong is fighting! It's hard, and it's painful, and it's every day. It's what we have to do. And we can do it together. But if you're too much of a coward for that, then burn. If I can't convince you that you belong in this world, then I don't know what can. But do not expect me to watch. And don't expect me to mourn for you..."
"Look around. We're in my daddy's car, it's just the two of us, there is a beautiful, big full moon outside tonight. It doesn't get more romantic than this. So shut up!"
Not really a quote, but it's my favourite scene EVER. It gets me every single time.
Angel: (softly) Buffy? (sobs) What's going on?
She just looks at him, confused but not yet ready to lower the sword. He looks around a bit and gets to his feet.
Angel: Where are we? I...I don't remember.
Finally Buffy realizes that the curse has worked, and she slowly lowers her sword.
Buffy: (softly) Angel?
Angel: (sees her wound) You're hurt.
She looks down at her wound and feels his gentle touch on her arm. She ignores her cut, looks back up at him and steps closer. He embraces her tightly.
Angel: Oh, Buffy... God. I... I feel like I haven't seen you in months.
Finally she accepts that her Angel is back and closes her eyes and breathes out a deep sigh.
Angel: Oh, my God, everything's so muddled. (sobs) I...Oh...Oh Buffy...
Buffy cries into his shoulder and hugs him back. Behind him Acathla lets out a low rumble. Buffy opens her eyes and stares in shock as Acathla's face contorts. His brows angle down, his eyes glow red, his mouth opens grotesquely and the swirling vortex to Hell opens, small at first, but growing steadily in size and emanating a deep, red glow. Buffy lets go of Angel and looks up into his face.
Angel: (confused) What's happening?
Buffy: (whispers softly, voice wavering) Shh. Don't worry about it.
She brushes her fingers over his lips and across his cheek. She lays her hand on his cheek and kisses him softly. He returns the kiss. Behind them, the vortex has grown to about five feet across and continues to get larger. Buffy breaks off the kiss and looks deeply into Angel's eyes.
Buffy: (whispers) I love you.
Angel: (whispers) I love you.
Buffy: (very, very softly) Close your eyes.
She nods reassuringly, and he closes his eyes. She tries hard not to start crying, and kisses him again gently. She steps back, draws back her sword and thrusts it into his chest. His eyes whip open in surprise
Behind him the power of the sword begins to swirl into the vortex. Buffy steps further back, still looking only at the sword in his chest and not into his face. The vortex has enlarged, and the two energies begin to interact. Angel still holds out his hand to Buffy. When the vortex finally meets him it suddenly closes into Acathla's mouth without so much as a spark, taking him with it. Buffy stares at the stone demon for a long moment, a light of awareness dawning in her eyes as she truly realizes what she has done, what she has lost.
