Update: I've had a pretty terrible winter, and my writing has taken a backseat, but I have recently found some inspiration and I have just updated Tempus Fugit, with another chapter coming soon. Winter's Wrath has been left for a while, I've been struggling to write at my usual standard and so far I haven't been happy enough with anything to post it yet, but I'm still working on it - I've also been distracted by Game of Thrones, as the show is obviously very different to the story I started writing, and I'm trying not to let it influence my deviations too much. As ever, thanks all for sticking with me, and I will endeavour to update my stories again soon.

Hi, my name is Bec and I’m a Potterhead :)

I started writing fanfiction about ten years ago, and Harry Potter has been the only fandom I wrote in, until a couple of years ago when I became obsessed with the A Song of Ice and Fire series.

The majority of my stories are in the Harry Potter universe: I usually stick to the golden trio era, I ship Harmony, but I absolutely love writing Dramione so that’s usually the main pair in my fics. So far I only have one aSoIaF story going, but hopefully I’ll be adding a few more in time.

Just a little FYI: Whenever I update my profile, I will put the date of the update at the top . Being English, and a creature of habit, I always put the date in the dd/mm/yyyy format :)

Harry Potter:

A Crack in the Glass, Shatters the Past (Harmony): Set post-Hogwarts, EWE, and slightly A/U (This was my first FanFic, that I started writing before the series was complete), the main ship being H/HR - Status: Completed. Any future updates will be minor edits, any grammatical issues I come across on a re-read, but no plot changes (Updated -29/9/2012)

At the end of the final battle, Hermione's life is changed dramatically, her hopes and dreams for the future come crashing down around here. As a result, she turns away from the Wizarding word that has brought on her grief, and goes back into the Muggle world she came from. Changing her identity, she hides herself away in a small sea-side village, and becomes a standard figure of the tiny community, creating a new life and a new history. After years of searching, Harry finally finds Hermione and tries to persuade her to come back to where she belongs; an emotional roller-coaster that the two of them never expected to embark upon, but where will it end?

Tainted by the Past (Dramione): Post-War, EWE: Set immediately after the final battle and continues through a full Hogwarts School year. Main pairing is HR/DM, though other couplings will appear further along. Rated M, - Status: Completed. Any future updates will be minor edits, any grammatical issues I come across on a re-read, but no plot changes - (updated 19/05/2013)

The Golden Trio have helped save the Wizarding World and lived to tell the tale, but what will they do with a future they never thought they would have? While Harry and Ron break free from the last of their childhood restraints, and embark on their own careers, Hermione returns to Hogwarts to finish her education and buy the time she needs to find a way to break free from the future her parent's have planned for her. At the same time, Draco Malfoy finds himself back at Hogwarts, as he tries to break free from the social stigma attached to the Malfoy name, hoping to finish his education and earn himself a Ministry career the right way. Hermione and Draco find themselves forming an unlikely friendship, as they become allies, giving each the helping hand in their lives, that neither of them realised they really needed.

Enlivened by the Future (Dramione): Sequel to Tainted by the Past. Starts a few weeks after final chapter of tainted, and works it's way up to, and past, the epilogue. Rated T. Status: Completed. Hermione and Draco have graduated Hogwarts and are ready to step out into the real world, together. Juggling their separate careers, their joint business ventures and their personal lives will be exciting and fun. But with a few bumps in the road along the way, and a certain unwanted reminder of the past year, will they maintain the Happily ever After they thought they were getting?

Tempus Fugit (Dramione): Set post-Hogwarts, EWE, and slightly A/U. Takes place approximately 7/8 years after the Battle of Hogwarts. Main pairing is Hermione/Draco, with a little bit of Harry/Ginny in there. Rated T at the moment (depending on how the writing goes, it may be upgraded to M further along). A Song of Ice and Fire:

Winter's Wrath (Gendrya): Future-fic, post aDwD, Slow burner, Rated M (Rating updated 16/07/16 - I'n anticipation of future chapters..better to be safe than sorry.) Chapter 23 is now up - Updated: 28/03/2017

Arya Stark left Westeros four years ago, but a chance meeting with two men of the Nights Watch prompts her to return to the place she once called home and reclaim what's rightfully hers. Travelling across Westeros, Arya gathers an army to take back the North, reliving old memories, reuniting with old friends, and trying to hide the person she has become in Bravos. Gendry lost the only person in his life who ever saw something in, who treated him like he was worth a damn. She was his only true friend, and because of a moment of stupidity, he had pushed her away. He blamed himself for not saving her from her kidnapper, and now he lived each day with guilt bubbling inside. He thought he would never see her again, he barely believed the rumours of her return until she walked right back into his life.

She's frozen to the core, He never wants to leave her side again and as their journey takes some unexpected turns, the person she once trusted with her biggest secret begins to melt the ice within her, but will he still be there when the last of her secrets flow into the open?
