And here's something concerning 'REVIEWS', which I copied from 'Heartless demon wolf'-

Writers- all of them, from famous authors to subtle FF writers- ALL depend on the feedback from our readers. Vision Dominican brought up an interesting albeit tragically true idea:

"Lack of reviews is the greatest killer of fan fic writers out there. We at the institute wish to let the public know of how they can pitch in to save our dying writers.

1) Drop a review every other chapter. It may not seem like much, but reviews are actually what many of us want to see. That, and hits. Hits do make us happy but we don't really know if people like our story or not.

2) Visit our author page. Those kind of hits really make us happy. It's where we showcase our entourage of friends, beta readers, and stories. Some of us even tidy up with set areas for upcoming story ideas and character bios.

3) Send an email. While normally I'd prefer a review, emails are just as good. Really, it warms my heart to communicate with another reader or writer."

What you call being "too lazy to review" is what we call "a flame to the pages" as the writers. That one minute or two that you felt "too lazy" to review is another minute of creeping discouragement that all writers feel as they begin to think...

"My skills must be terrible…no one cares for my story…"

"I'll never be a good writer...I quit."

These are only a few thoughts that go through every writer's head- that go through MY head- when we put out a chapter / story with all our heart and soul within, and we sit there…and sit…and wait…and not a single person says even a word.

If you're not a writer, you have NO IDEA how much that hurts…

If you ARE a writer, then I'm sure you know just how great it feels when someone is kind enough to leave a heartwarming and encouraging review, and you read it, smiling while thinking…"Wow…fuck...I did it…"

So, why not give fellow writers the same luxury here?

Too many times I've seen epic and utterly beautiful works of literary art fall to pieces before finally being abandoned due to the terrible discouragement that the lack of reviews can cause.

Sometimes, it is so severe that the very writer himself decides to quit, denying the world his skills of writing that I'm sure it would have deeply enjoyed.

So…

Just one minute, that's all it takes. Just a few gentle taps of the fingers on your keyboard, a few seconds or so of your time, and your words can SAVE a writer from a dark demise.

Do me a favor: Go find a story, ANY story, anywhere here on Fanfic,net, and see if you can help it. If it has very little / no reviews at all, just check it out, and say whatever comes to mind.

Personality: Dameon is a confident man that is not afraid to take on a task that needs to be done. He is a calm and cool collected person, he is also quite intelligent. He cares deeply for his friends and his Pokemon and would sacrifice himself if it meant to protect them. He has the skills of a strong leader and he utilizes those skills to train himself and his partner as well as keeping his companions alive. Dameon has an earthy sense of humor and likes to get in on doing a prank or joke. He also has a serious side which keeps him alert of his surroundings and situations that may present themselves to him. He is introverted about personal and dark matters in his life that he would never consider sharing with anybody unless he is sure he can trust them. He is very task oriented and never seems to settle down to relax unless his agenda has been completed. Dameon also does not tolerate insubordination and will not hesitate to take disciplinary measures on those that need it.

History: Dameon was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was raised in the heartland by his dad since his mother died after giving birth to him. As he was growing up, Dameon had encounters with Pokemon and also helped his father out with his business as a mechanic. When he was 18, Dameon joined the United States Army after finishing high school in 2010 and has been there ever since. Dameon went to basic training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and met his best friend and future comrade, David Montes. After graduating basic training and AIT, Dameon went to serve in Iraq with his infantry unit and finished his first tour in late 2011 and then came back home and went to Ranger School after being selected along with David. Dameon and David both completed Ranger School on their first try and were sent back to Iraq once again in 2012. After finishing their second tour in 2013, Dameon and David were selected for special forces training to join Delta Force. Dameon passed the selection on his first try along with David and began their training to become tier one Delta Force Operators. By 2014, Dameon was a member of Delta Force and was put in his team including himself, David and two more, Dean Hartsock and Langdon Gardner. He currently resides in Oklahoma with his girlfriend Chelsea and is waiting for his service to end so he can go home and start a family and spend the rest of his days as a father and mechanic.

How the bond with Pokémon partner was made: Dameon was slashed in the chest by Garchomp with a Dragon Claw attack. The A-Gene was stimulated and the connection was made, but his powers did not fully awaken until two years after the incident when he was sent into a berserk state courtesy of Bill Harding.

Personality: Derek is a calm and cool laid back guy. He treats everyone he meets with kindness and respect unless the person he meets is being a complete jerk, otherwise he ignores them and doesn't let them get under his skin. He is easy to approach and has an earthy sense of humor. Derek's also got a lot of confidence and strong leadership qualities, which has led to his Pokemon being strong and cooperative as a team. He also likes to flirt with ladies, but doesn't go overboard with it (usually just gives nicknames and flirtatious comments). He usually keeps to himself unless he deems it necessary to speak or if someone addresses him. The only time he'll communicate a lot is if he deems the people he's with are friends or friendly to talk to, otherwise he's normally an introvert. First impressions are essential to Derek so if someone makes a poor impression, he won't think highly of them unless they can redeem themselves through other matters.

History: Derek grew up in Pallet Town and is the eldest of three children to Greg and Jennifer Fiers. Greg is a Lieutenant Colonel with the Kanto National Army and Jennifer is a stay at home mom with a part time job as a nurse at Viridian City's Pokémon Center. Derek started his journey when he was 10 years old picking his first pokemon from Professor Oak, being Bulbasaur. Derek would go to each regional league to compete before taking a year off to relax. He got his drive to be a Pokemon Trainer after his father Greg and hopes to surpass him in skill someday. He's competed in his fair share of leagues and side tournaments to build up his skills as a battler so he could one day battle his dad toe to toe since Greg is Champion level in skill. This goal has led him to building a lot confidence during his travels as well as collect a unique amount of pokemon that have the ability to grant him a perfectly balanced team no matter how he makes it. During his earlier years as a trainer, Derek was rash, bold and ignorant of a lot of things which hindered him to succeeding in his earlier leagues. Battling Style (How you battle): Derek's battling style is very strategic and he likes to have a balance of offensive and defensive power. He uses the field to his advantage and always tries to find a way to counter attack, even if he's at a type disadvantage. Derek is calm and collected and very focused when he's battling. He gets very aggressive if he's about to lose or if he's trying to encourage one of his Pokemon to continue to fight.

Colin is of mixed ethnicity, but his skin is more dark than light. Colin has scars on his left knee from two ACL surgeries. He has to shave every two days to be free from stubble, unless he's trying to grow it out.

He is wearing one of two hats (One is grey with a big red W on the front and the other is a BDU color with Bucky Badger on the front), he wears dark blue jeans, a t-shirt (either of color or one of the any rock bands he listens to), a grey flannel shirt which is unbuttoned with the sleeves rolled up over the t-shirt, grey sneakers

Formal clothes: Colin wears a pair of khakis, a white shirt, a black suit jacket and a red tie

Personality: Colin is a nice guy that is not afraid to meet new people and make friends. His parents raised him to be a person who lived for others and not just himself. When he was a kid, Colin was shy and often the target of bullies when he was growing up because of his small size and lack of confidence. He has a great relationship with his family, but he is obsessed with being a success in his father's eyes. He feels as though his father is never pleased with anything he accomplishes and hates it when his father questions him with what he wants to do with his life. Colin likes to talk and flirt with girls, but has never had an official girlfriend because he has yet to find a girl that wants to be with him for his personality. He is a fairly confident individual, but when something doesn't work out in his favor, his confidence can get easily shattered and it may take him a while to break out of his down mood. In his free time, Colin likes to listen to music, play video games, exercise, hang out with his friends and family, train his Pokémon and ride his motorcycle

History: Colin grew up in the country between Madison and Monroe, Wisconsin. He is the eldest child to his parents, Gary and Heather, who are both graduates of UW Madison. Colin used to have trouble interacting with kids when he was younger because he didn't feel as though he belonged in any of the cliques that existed in the school. Eventually he gained a small circle of friends before middle school that he managed to maintain up into college. When he was in high school, Colin decided to try football out in hopes of impressing his father and managed to join the team his freshman year as a wide receiver. He was a fairly good student through school and managed to score a 29 on his ACT which got him into UW Madison. When he was playing football his senior year of high school, a scout from UW Madison saw his talent and offered him a scholarship to play for the Wisconsin Badgers which Colin took without hesitation. He played for the Badgers up to the start of his junior year when he blew out his ACL for a second time. As of now, Colin is still studying to become a civil engineer and preparing to participate in the Big Ten League as a Pokémon trainer.

Goal: To participate in and hopefully win the Big Ten League and graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering from Madison
